廣東煙區(qū)烤煙主要化學(xué)成分可用性評價

摘 要:為客觀分析和評價廣東煙區(qū)烤煙化學(xué)成分可用性,以2013—2017年度廣東煙區(qū)8個主產(chǎn)縣的C3F煙葉為材料,應(yīng)用模糊數(shù)學(xué)方法、多元統(tǒng)計方法等構(gòu)建烤煙化學(xué)成分評價體系,分析了廣東煙區(qū)烤煙中部葉化學(xué)成分的年度、區(qū)域特征并進(jìn)行了可用性評價。結(jié)果表明,近5年來,廣東煙區(qū)烤煙中部葉總糖(25.09%)、還原糖(21.83%)、氯離子(0.25%)含量相對較低,糖堿比(8.52)和氮堿比(0.69)相對較小,煙葉化學(xué)成分可用性在“中等”及以上占85.00%;部分年度間、產(chǎn)區(qū)間煙葉的總植物堿、總氮、鉀離子含量以及糖堿比、氮堿比存在顯著性差異,但產(chǎn)區(qū)之間煙葉化學(xué)成分可用性無顯著差異;廣東煙區(qū)中部煙葉依化學(xué)成分可分為3類,分別相對集中于同一生態(tài)區(qū)域。

Abstract: In order to objectively analyze and evaluate the usability of flue-cured tobacco chemical constituents in the Guangdong tobacco-growing area, an evaluation system of chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco was constructed by adopting fuzzy mathematics, multiple statistics and others with C3F flue-cured tobacco samples collected from 8 major producing counties in the Guangdong tobacco-growing area from 2013 to 2017. The time and regional characteristics of chemical components in the leaves of flue-cured tobacco were analyzed, and the usability of tobacco chemical components was evaluated. The results showed that in the recent 5 years, the contents of total sugar (25.09%), reducing sugar (21.83%), chloride ion (0.25%), the sugar nicotine ratio (8.52) and nitrogen nicotine ratio (0.69) in middle leaves were relatively low. The chemical composition usability of tobacco leaves of “moderate” and above accounted for 85.00%. There were significant differences in total nicotine, total nitrogen, potassium ion content, sugar nicotine ratio and nitrogen nicotine ratio in tobacco leaves between years and the regions, but there was no significant difference in the usability of chemical components in tobacco leaves between producing areas. According to chemical composition, there are three types of flue-cured tobacco in the Guangdong tobacco-growing area, each of which is relatively concentrated in the same ecological area respectively.
外觀質(zhì)量評價,通過聚類分析將河南煙葉外觀質(zhì)量分為3類。馬京民等[6]采用主成分分析和聚類分析方法,結(jié)合外觀質(zhì)量和化學(xué)成分指標(biāo),將河南省信陽煙區(qū)45個烤煙樣品分為3個類別。張強等[7]通過集成簡單相關(guān)、一元線性回歸、典型相關(guān)分析3種數(shù)理統(tǒng)計方法,對5個煙葉常規(guī)煙氣和20個主要化學(xué)成分的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,篩選出總糖、總氮、氯、揮發(fā)堿、鉀等11項指標(biāo)建立云南烤煙主產(chǎn)區(qū)煙葉質(zhì)量評價的指標(biāo)體系。江春等[8]對2014年皖南地區(qū)6個種植區(qū)域所取的70個中上部煙葉樣品進(jìn)行了化學(xué)成分分析與感官質(zhì)量評吸后得出皖南煙葉大部分化學(xué)成分含量適宜,濃香型風(fēng)格突出的結(jié)論,提出生產(chǎn)中可通過適當(dāng)降低糖含量、提高鉀離子含量,控制雜氣和刺激性來優(yōu)化煙葉質(zhì)量的建議。朱梅華等[9]研究了2012—2013年廣西主要煙區(qū)的95個樣品的主要化學(xué)成分和感官質(zhì)量,指出生產(chǎn)中可通過控制糖含量、氮堿比及適當(dāng)降低糖堿比來優(yōu)化煙葉質(zhì)量。齊永杰等[10]以桂陽縣2012年、2013年和2014年煙葉樣品為材料,應(yīng)用模糊數(shù)學(xué)方法對其化學(xué)成分可用性進(jìn)行了綜合評價,得出煙葉化學(xué)成分可用性指數(shù)可以用于卷煙品牌對產(chǎn)區(qū)煙葉化學(xué)成分的適配度評價的結(jié)論。
