打葉復(fù)烤不同工藝路徑及工藝參數(shù)對煙葉純凈度等指標(biāo)的影響

          摘要 [目的]研究打葉復(fù)烤工藝路徑及工藝參數(shù)對煙葉純凈度等指標(biāo)的影響,最大限度地提升打葉復(fù)烤煙葉純凈度。[方法]以皖南C3F、涼山C3FA煙葉為試驗(yàn)載體,開展了打葉復(fù)烤不同工藝路徑、工藝參數(shù)對煙葉純凈度影響試驗(yàn)。[結(jié)果] 在試驗(yàn)條件下,不同工藝路徑和不同工藝參數(shù)對出片率基本無影響,切把頭處理煙葉中片率提高,葉中含梗率、雜物比例下降,風(fēng)選除雜煙葉和挑選后碎葉分離處理后雜物比例下降,切片刀數(shù)由1刀調(diào)整為2刀煙葉中片率提高,隨著整線工藝流量的下降葉中含梗率略有下降,風(fēng)選除雜風(fēng)機(jī)頻率過大過小均不利于雜物的剔除,宜設(shè)計(jì)合理的參數(shù)值。[結(jié)論]打葉復(fù)烤工藝路徑及工藝參數(shù)均對煙葉純凈度有一定程度影響。

          Abstract [Objective] To investigate the effects of the technological process and technological parameters of threshing and threshing on the purity of tobacco leaves,so as to maximize the purity of threshing and curing tobacco leaves.[Method] The effects of different processing paths and technological parameters on the purity of tobacco leaves were studied by using the C3F leaves of C3FA in southern Anhui Province and Liangshan tobacco leaves as experimental carriers.[Result] Under the test condition,the different process path and different process parameters had no influence on the yield.The cutting head processing rate increased in tobacco leaf,stem ratio,decreased the proportion of leaf debris containing impurity,winnowing tobacco and selected leaf separation after treatment decreased the proportion of debris,knife number from 1 to 2 when the knife knife adjustment in tobacco leaf rate increase.With the stem ratio decreased slightly the whole line process flow rate decreased in the leaves,the impurity winnowing fan frequency which was too large or too small were not conducive to the elimination of debris,should design reasonable value parameters [Conclusion] Both the technological path and technological parameters of threshing and redrying have a certain influence on the purity of tobacco leaves.

          打葉復(fù)烤作為卷煙生產(chǎn)的第一車間,對煙葉原料質(zhì)量起著至關(guān)重要的作用[1-3]。隨著卷煙生產(chǎn)的精細(xì)化加工,對煙葉原料質(zhì)量更加重視,特別是煙葉原料的純凈度,直接影響卷煙配方的使用和品牌的穩(wěn)定[4]。打葉復(fù)烤煙葉純凈度主要指雜物和葉中含梗率2個方面,為此卷煙工業(yè)對打葉復(fù)烤煙葉原料質(zhì)量倍加關(guān)注,對打葉復(fù)烤企業(yè)也提出了更高的要求。筆者研究了打葉復(fù)烤不同工藝路徑及工藝參數(shù)對煙葉純凈度等指標(biāo)的影響,旨在確立較為適宜的加工路徑和工藝參數(shù),以提升煙葉原料的純凈化水平。
          1 材料與方法
          1.1 材料 原料:2016年皖南C3F煙葉,2016年四川涼山C3FA煙葉,2016年云南昭通C3FA煙葉,2016年四川涼山C2FA煙葉。主要儀器:264型葉中含梗率檢測儀;QCTS-1260型葉片振動分選機(jī);AutoAnalyzer3連續(xù)流動分析儀。
          1.2 方法 將皖南C3F試驗(yàn)原料平均分成2部分,一部分進(jìn)行切把頭處理,把頭煙葉在把頭處理線加工,打后的煙葉在烤前與葉身處理后煙葉匯總一起進(jìn)行復(fù)烤、裝箱等處理;另一部分按照正常生產(chǎn)工藝路徑處理。比較2種方式對成品片煙雜物、經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)、葉片結(jié)構(gòu)[5-6]的影響。
          將四川涼山C3FA試驗(yàn)原料平均分成2部分,一部分按照正常工藝路徑要求加工;將另一部分風(fēng)選除雜煙葉和挑選后的碎葉進(jìn)行分離處理,其他按照正常工藝要求加工;分析風(fēng)選除雜煙葉和挑選后的碎葉葉片結(jié)構(gòu)、常規(guī)化學(xué)成分[7-11]的同時,比較2種方式對成品片煙雜物、經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)的影響。
