不同產(chǎn)地薄荷藥材商品質(zhì)量及差異研究

          [摘要] 該文利用氣相色譜質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用(GCMS)分析了薄荷藥材揮發(fā)油的化學(xué)成分,并結(jié)合氣相色譜法(GC)對(duì)7個(gè)揮發(fā)性成分進(jìn)行含量測(cè)定,以比較傳統(tǒng)道地產(chǎn)區(qū)江蘇、當(dāng)今主產(chǎn)區(qū)安徽及其他產(chǎn)區(qū)薄荷藥材揮發(fā)性成分之間的差異。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示:收集的薄荷藥材揮發(fā)油分為4種化學(xué)型:①薄荷醇薄荷酮型、②胡薄荷酮薄荷酮型、③胡椒酮薄荷醇型、④氧化胡椒酮型;薄荷醇為所有薄荷樣品揮發(fā)性成分中含量最高的成分;安徽與其他產(chǎn)區(qū)薄荷揮發(fā)油成分之間的差異相對(duì)明顯,江蘇產(chǎn)區(qū)薄荷與另兩個(gè)產(chǎn)區(qū)則存在交叉性。該文研究了不同產(chǎn)地薄荷藥材揮發(fā)油的主要成分及產(chǎn)地間的差異,建立了薄荷藥材多個(gè)揮發(fā)性成分的含量測(cè)定方法,為薄荷藥材質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的提高提供了基礎(chǔ)。

          [Abstract] A gas chromatographymass spectrometry(GCMS)method was established for the analysis of volatile components in Mentha haplocalyx, and seven principal components were quantified by gas chromatography(GC). Based on these analyses, the differences of volatile components in M. haplocalyx from Jiangsu, Anhui and other regions were compared. The results showed that the volatile oil of M. haplocalyx was divided into four chemical types:mentholmenthone type, pulegonementhone type, piperitonementhol type, piperitone epoxide type, and mentholmenthone type was the principal type. Menthol was the highest and pulegone was the lowest. The differences of M. haplocalyx from Anhui and other regions were obvious. The major volatile components and the differences of M. haplocalyx from different regions were confirmed and a quantitative method was established for the determination of volatile components, which provided the basis for improving the quality standard of M. haplocalyx.

          薄荷藥材為唇形科植物薄荷Mentha haplocalyx Briq.的干燥地上部分,性涼、味辛,具有清散風(fēng)熱、利咽透疹、疏肝行氣等作用[1]。薄荷含有以薄荷醇和薄荷酮為主的揮發(fā)性成分,同時(shí)還含有黃酮、多糖和有機(jī)酸等非揮發(fā)性成分[2]。薄荷種植歷史悠久,歷代主流本草認(rèn)為江蘇為薄荷的傳統(tǒng)道地產(chǎn)區(qū)[3]。隨著時(shí)代發(fā)展,薄荷產(chǎn)地發(fā)生變遷,安徽已成為當(dāng)今薄荷藥材的主產(chǎn)區(qū)。本實(shí)驗(yàn)收集了不同產(chǎn)地的薄荷藥材,利用氣相色譜質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用(GCMS)對(duì)揮發(fā)油進(jìn)行定性分析,并結(jié)合氣相色譜法(GC)對(duì)薄荷揮發(fā)性成分中的7個(gè)主成分進(jìn)行定量分析,為薄荷藥材的質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)提供參考。
