        談到面試的問題,可能很多人最先想到的就是簡歷問題,那就先說說簡歷好了。

        一、簡歷

        現(xiàn)在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的簡歷模板太多了,自己最初也是稀里糊涂的,還記得當(dāng)時(shí)強(qiáng)生未來領(lǐng)袖學(xué)院招新的時(shí)候(研一上半學(xué)期),簡歷被朋友批的一塌糊涂。再那之后,花了一個(gè)月的時(shí)間去琢磨各種各樣牛人的簡歷,之后才算是會(huì)寫簡歷的人。

        1、簡歷之所以稱為簡歷,就是一個(gè)微縮的經(jīng)歷描述,所以那些什么一厚疊的簡歷模板就趕快丟了吧,真的沒什么用的。一個(gè)HR留意一份簡歷的時(shí)間通常來說是20秒左右——Hiall專業(yè)HR的原話,所以弄那么厚一疊,再整些什么封面之類的絕對是沒有必要的。最好的簡歷一張紙足以,當(dāng)然,不排除有很牛的人可以寫到兩張的。盡量篩選,盡量簡潔。

        2、要堅(jiān)決摒棄表格模式的簡歷,完全沒有任何意義,畢竟不是小學(xué)生寫作文了,而且表格模式的簡歷,在閱讀的過程中也較易使HR產(chǎn)生疲倦感。

        3、注意簡歷上的細(xì)節(jié)問題,例如手機(jī)號碼的分段(11位的手機(jī)號應(yīng)采用4-3-4或者4-4-3的分段方式,這樣可以盡量減少HR撥錯(cuò)號

        碼的可能性,要知道:與人方便就是自己方便)和錯(cuò)別字問題。面試者都是很優(yōu)秀的,所以最后導(dǎo)致你沒有進(jìn)下一輪或者沒有拿到OFFER的原因,很可能就是一個(gè)錯(cuò)別字。

        4、一般來說,正面頂頭位置都是寫上自己的簡要信息,可以適當(dāng)用粗體或者黑體標(biāo)注,但一切以整體美觀為前提。這里說的簡要信息包括姓名、Email、電話、通信地址,性別的話,如果崗位沒有強(qiáng)制要求其實(shí)可以不寫。 =

        5、需要指出的是有些同學(xué)喜歡把籍貫、身高、體重這些東西寫上去,在寫之前請確定這些信息能為你帶來加分,不然的話絕對不要寫。比方兩個(gè)男生去應(yīng)聘一個(gè)sales的職位,都進(jìn)入最后了的candidates,各方面條件都一樣,可是該崗位只要一個(gè)人。假設(shè)兩個(gè)人的身高都是170cm,一個(gè)人寫在簡歷上了,另一個(gè)人沒寫,那么可能最后留下來的是沒寫的那個(gè)——哪個(gè)HR面試完了還記得所有面試者的身高的?于是HR理所應(yīng)當(dāng)?shù)恼J(rèn)為,沒寫的那個(gè)人應(yīng)該是平均水準(zhǔn)的身高,也就是超過170的身高。

        6、應(yīng)屆生緊接著要寫的就是教育背景問題,分段注明時(shí)間、學(xué)校、專業(yè)、學(xué)位就好,這點(diǎn)上沒什么技術(shù)難度,要注意的話還是兩個(gè)字:美觀。

        7、專業(yè)方面可能會(huì)涉及一個(gè)所學(xué)課程的問題。曾經(jīng)遇到過這樣的簡歷,真的是把自己所有學(xué)過的課程都羅列上去了,可是隨便挑一門問下面試者,相關(guān)知識掌握的卻不夠牢固。所以,個(gè)人建議不寫主修課程,如果非要寫的話,建議挑自己學(xué)的比較好,分?jǐn)?shù)比較高的3-4門。

        8、再下面就是簡歷中比較重要的東西,也是HR目光停留最久的地方:社會(huì)經(jīng)歷和校園活動(dòng)。這兩項(xiàng)的相關(guān)內(nèi)容請一定用倒序方式(事實(shí)上簡歷里涉及時(shí)間的排序內(nèi)容都應(yīng)該是倒序),除非有你覺得能震懾到HR的很牛X的經(jīng)歷,不然請一定用倒敘方式,HR更在乎你最近在做什么。

        9、關(guān)于經(jīng)歷部分的書寫,很多簡歷都只是簡單的列舉了下,這樣是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的。HR希望看到的是,某項(xiàng)活動(dòng)中你涉及了哪些方面的工作、舉得了什么樣的成就。當(dāng)然,如果你的簡歷很簡單,HR會(huì)自己挖掘這些內(nèi)容,但是把主動(dòng)權(quán)交給HR,是不是意味著你在面試開始的時(shí)候,就已經(jīng)落后別人很大一截了呢?

        盡量可能的用簡潔的語言把你的某項(xiàng)活動(dòng)或經(jīng)歷細(xì)化描述——聽上去可能有些拗口,這些細(xì)化的描述,會(huì)引導(dǎo)HR問你一些已有準(zhǔn)備的問題。

        10、對于簡歷的內(nèi)容可以適當(dāng)?shù)目浯,這里要再次舉同學(xué)的那個(gè)老例子了。同學(xué)的簡歷里關(guān)于他做班長有這樣一段話“組織全班參與戶外素質(zhì)拓展等活動(dòng),最短時(shí)間內(nèi)提升班級凝聚力,獲校學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)優(yōu)秀班級”,我當(dāng)時(shí)很奇怪,就問同學(xué)說“你到底組織了什么樣的戶外素質(zhì)拓展”,同學(xué)的回答很簡單:“秋游啊,你稍微吹下會(huì)怎么樣?”

        我們在寫簡歷的時(shí)候,其實(shí)是可以適當(dāng)夸大的,不過這些夸大不要顯得失實(shí),而且HR問到你相關(guān)問題的時(shí)候,你要能自圓其說。

        11、對于部分經(jīng)歷很多的同學(xué),建議在投不同公司不同工作崗位的時(shí),候選取不同的經(jīng)歷來編寫相應(yīng)的簡歷。比如說你要去面一個(gè)sales崗位,就應(yīng)該著重介紹與自己溝通能力相關(guān)的經(jīng)歷。

        千萬不要一味的都堆上去,較多的信息,一來會(huì)讓HR覺得你沒有篩選信息的能力,還讓你多出很多犯錯(cuò)的可能。另外,簡歷的文字部分也可稍作修改,盡可能符合企業(yè)文化。

        12、經(jīng)歷過后就是技能特長部分,這部分大多數(shù)人覺得沒有什么好注意的,其實(shí)也還是有點(diǎn)學(xué)問的。最簡單的一條就是很多同學(xué)現(xiàn)在都習(xí)慣在簡歷里寫上這樣一段話“能夠熟練的使用office系列辦公軟件”,其實(shí)細(xì)想想,這個(gè)話真的很不靠譜。

        同學(xué)們所想表達(dá)的無非是自己會(huì)擺弄電腦這個(gè)物件,但是在現(xiàn)在這個(gè)信息時(shí)代,你身邊的競爭者又有多少不會(huì)office的呢?而且“熟練使用”這個(gè)詞真的不是隨便用的,單說excel,有多少同學(xué)敢說自己熟練使用呢?各種各樣的小竅門、快捷鍵乃至宏,熟練二字又談何容易?還是那句話,可以適當(dāng)?shù)目涑鋈,但前提是自己能夠收回來?/p>

        13、再然后是興趣愛好部分,請一定寫上一個(gè)集體項(xiàng)目,例如足球、排球等,哪怕你愛看都OK。如果不愛看,強(qiáng)迫自己看上幾場經(jīng)典的比賽,以備萬一。對于一些開放性較高的崗位,如銷售、HR等,愛好里,讀書、看電影這樣的字眼還是不出現(xiàn)比較好,會(huì)讓HR覺得你不夠開朗。

        14、很多同學(xué)喜歡在簡歷最后加一個(gè)自我評價(jià),說自己如何如何的

        好;剡^頭來想想,難道大家不覺得這樣有些王婆賣瓜的嫌疑嗎?但是可能又覺得不夸自己說不過去,其實(shí)有個(gè)很好的解決辦法。

        比方說想說自己溝通能力好,那可以在前面的經(jīng)歷里選一個(gè)需要溝通能力的經(jīng)歷,例如學(xué)生會(huì)主席,經(jīng)歷的具體描述里可以加一條類似“能夠較好的與學(xué)生會(huì)其他干部、主觀老師及時(shí)溝通各種事件,并妥善處理”的話,這樣的自夸就顯得自然很多。

        15、在某次春季招聘的簡歷篩選中,曾經(jīng)連續(xù)看到兩份說自己堅(jiān)持4年早鍛煉的簡歷,當(dāng)然如果這個(gè)信息是真實(shí)的,對你的印象分加分是很可觀的,但是如果不是真的,請你自己小心點(diǎn)。

        16、網(wǎng)申是門學(xué)問,看過相應(yīng)公司的網(wǎng)申經(jīng)驗(yàn)再去。親身經(jīng)歷來講,牛人的網(wǎng)申都沒有過,一個(gè)大三的非應(yīng)屆生網(wǎng)申卻過了。網(wǎng)申的評分系統(tǒng)很混亂,都是卡點(diǎn)給分,六級、學(xué)生會(huì)任職、實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)等等,還是具體情況具體分析。

        17、切記,簡歷里的一切內(nèi)容自己要爛熟于心,涉及任何字的任何一個(gè)問題自己都要事先準(zhǔn)備好?梢允孪日覄e的同學(xué)一起互相面,來找出任何可能的問題。確保信息真實(shí),對于那些夸大的信息,自己也要有把握。一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)你在說謊,你錄取的幾率就是0。
