　尊敬的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、同志們：

　大家下午好！時(shí)光如梭，來(lái)單位工作的一年以來(lái)，在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的關(guān)心、指導(dǎo)和同事們的幫助、支持下，我認(rèn)真履行高新區(qū)工作人員準(zhǔn)則并嚴(yán)格遵守單位的各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度，力爭(zhēng)使自己在思想覺(jué)悟和工作能力等各方面都得到提高。在本年度工作即將結(jié)束、新的一年即將來(lái)臨之際，我將自己一年來(lái)在思想、學(xué)習(xí)和工作方面的進(jìn)步與不足作如下總結(jié)。

　1、業(yè)務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)方面作為辦公室的工作人員，工作內(nèi)容涉及面相對(duì)較廣，這就對(duì)工作人員自身的綜合素質(zhì)有著較高的要求。所以我利用閑暇時(shí)間學(xué)習(xí)了公務(wù)禮儀知識(shí)、辦公室日常管理制度等相關(guān)內(nèi)容，并對(duì)各業(yè)務(wù)股室的業(yè)務(wù)流程也進(jìn)行了了解和學(xué)習(xí)，對(duì)于不清楚的政策問(wèn)題和業(yè)務(wù)辦理流程，我及時(shí)向相關(guān)股室的同事們請(qǐng)教，以便于更好地接待來(lái)訪群眾，盡可能正確地回答他們所咨詢的問(wèn)題。同時(shí)在工作之余我自覺(jué)學(xué)習(xí)科技、管理、哲學(xué)、歷史等各方面的知識(shí)，培養(yǎng)自己在這些方面的興趣，以豐富的理論知識(shí)武裝頭腦并

　學(xué)以致用，堅(jiān)持把學(xué)習(xí)作為自我完善和提高的重要途徑，努力提高自身素質(zhì)。

　2、工作能力方面在工作中，我時(shí)時(shí)處處嚴(yán)格要求自己，服從高新區(qū)黨工委、管委會(huì)的統(tǒng)一指揮，有大局觀念，對(duì)工作不叫苦、不推諉，兢兢業(yè)業(yè)、腳踏實(shí)地；能夠嚴(yán)于律已，寬以待人，能正確地給自己定位，加強(qiáng)與同事間的思想交流，做到相互幫助、相互尊重、相互信任、以誠(chéng)相待，與同事們都能很和睦融洽地相處，認(rèn)真完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的各項(xiàng)工作。但是對(duì)于還涉世未深的自己，在社會(huì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)上還有很大的欠缺，在平時(shí)的工作中有些安于表面，缺乏工作的主動(dòng)性、進(jìn)取心和責(zé)任心，更多時(shí)候只是奉命行事，落實(shí)任務(wù)，存在有主觀性、局限性和片面性，不能站在全局的高度來(lái)思考問(wèn)題、處理矛盾。

　 通過(guò)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的指導(dǎo)和同事的幫助，我認(rèn)識(shí)到創(chuàng)新工作方法的重要性，慢慢學(xué)習(xí)抓住問(wèn)題的主要矛盾和關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)，求真務(wù)實(shí)，以服務(wù)群眾作為工作的出發(fā)點(diǎn)和落腳點(diǎn)，努力強(qiáng)化工作措施。在日常工作中我要求自己要肯動(dòng)腦筋，肯動(dòng)筆頭，將要辦理的事件列一列，思考一下解決的方法和途徑；完成的事列一列，總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn)；沒(méi)完成的事件列一列，分析一下原因，探討解決的辦法，逐步完善工作方法，力爭(zhēng)使自己的工作能力得到有效提高。

　回顧一年來(lái)的工作情況，我在思想、學(xué)習(xí)和工

　作方面都取得了新的進(jìn)步，這離不開(kāi)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)

　的關(guān)懷和同事的幫助。在新的一年的工作中，我將繼續(xù)發(fā)揚(yáng)自己的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，努力改正自己的缺點(diǎn)和不足，不斷加強(qiáng)政治理論學(xué)習(xí)，創(chuàng)新工作方法，提高工作效率和質(zhì)量，加強(qiáng)自身建設(shè)，提高服務(wù)能力，樹(shù)立求真務(wù)實(shí)、樂(lè)于奉獻(xiàn)的精神，真正做到自重、自省、自警、自勵(lì)，時(shí)刻以樹(shù)立干部良好形象為自己行動(dòng)、處世的準(zhǔn)則，力爭(zhēng)使自己各方面的綜合能力再上一個(gè)新臺(tái)階。

　 x 年市直機(jī)關(guān)黨建工作總結(jié)和 x 年工作要點(diǎn)

　 一、x 年工作回顧

　 過(guò)去的一年，是我市發(fā)展遇到巨大困難和挑戰(zhàn)的一年。市直機(jī)關(guān)黨工委深入貫徹落實(shí)市委全會(huì)精神，深入開(kāi)展創(chuàng)建“學(xué)習(xí)型、創(chuàng)新型、服務(wù)型”機(jī)關(guān)的活動(dòng)，全面加強(qiáng)基層組織建設(shè)，強(qiáng)化機(jī)關(guān)黨員干部思想建設(shè)、組織建設(shè)和作風(fēng)建設(shè)，深入貫徹科學(xué)發(fā)展觀，圍繞中心、服務(wù)大局、開(kāi)拓進(jìn)取、扎實(shí)工作，為臨江經(jīng)濟(jì)的大發(fā)展快發(fā)展提供了有力保障。

　 以加強(qiáng)政治理論學(xué)習(xí)為先導(dǎo)，全面提高市直機(jī)關(guān)黨員干部的整體素質(zhì)

　機(jī)關(guān)黨建是黨建工作的排頭兵、火車(chē)頭，是機(jī)關(guān)完成各自職責(zé)、促進(jìn)機(jī)關(guān)建設(shè)、保持政令暢通的重要保證，機(jī)關(guān)干部素質(zhì)的高低，直接影響著機(jī)關(guān)黨建工作的水平。x 年我們通過(guò)專家輔導(dǎo)、專題研討、黨課和教育

　培訓(xùn)等多種形式，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行“三會(huì)一課”制度，把“三會(huì)一課”制度和每周學(xué)習(xí)納入了機(jī)關(guān)黨建責(zé)任制考核內(nèi)容。組織黨員干部深入學(xué)習(xí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀，學(xué)習(xí)黨的路線方針政策和國(guó)家法律法規(guī)，學(xué)習(xí)黨的歷史，學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化各方面知識(shí)。并結(jié)合國(guó)情和市情，定期開(kāi)展形勢(shì)教育，引導(dǎo)機(jī)關(guān)黨員干部進(jìn)一步解放思想，堅(jiān)定信心，主動(dòng)投身到“科學(xué)發(fā)展、加快振興、富民強(qiáng)市”的實(shí)踐中去。使基層黨組織成為對(duì)黨員干部進(jìn)行理論武裝和多方面知識(shí)培養(yǎng)的陣地。

　5 月 22 日，機(jī)關(guān)黨工委專門(mén)舉辦了黨務(wù)工作培訓(xùn)班。47 個(gè)支部的支部書(shū)記和組織委員參加了培訓(xùn)和考試，通過(guò)此次有針對(duì)性的培訓(xùn)，提高了黨務(wù)干部理論和業(yè)務(wù)工作水平。做到了學(xué)以致用，學(xué)用結(jié)合，理論指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐，全面促進(jìn)了各項(xiàng)工作的開(kāi)展。

　 認(rèn)真開(kāi)展學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)踐科學(xué)發(fā)展觀活動(dòng)和主題實(shí)踐教育活動(dòng)

　 在學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)踐科學(xué)發(fā)展觀活動(dòng)當(dāng)中，我們通過(guò)深入開(kāi)展調(diào)研、學(xué)習(xí)討論，就黨員干部關(guān)心的熱點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)問(wèn)題以及黨工委工作欠缺的方面，廣泛征求意見(jiàn)，制定了整改方案，不斷創(chuàng)新機(jī)關(guān)黨建工作方法，轉(zhuǎn)變工作思路。一是把加強(qiáng)機(jī)關(guān)的思想作風(fēng)建設(shè)和提高黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)、廉政建設(shè)有機(jī)的結(jié)合起來(lái)，著力沖破思維障礙和觀念束縛，促進(jìn)工作由被動(dòng)向主動(dòng)方向轉(zhuǎn)變；二是由側(cè)重事務(wù)性工作向

　 引導(dǎo)性工作轉(zhuǎn)變，拓寬思路，推動(dòng)機(jī)關(guān)黨建工作在原有基礎(chǔ)上取得新起色，切實(shí)把機(jī)關(guān)干部的思想統(tǒng)一到市委總體要求上來(lái)。

　 在開(kāi)展學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)踐科學(xué)發(fā)展觀活動(dòng)的同時(shí)，機(jī)關(guān)黨工委繼續(xù)認(rèn)真開(kāi)展“提素質(zhì)、強(qiáng)本領(lǐng)、樹(shù)形象、創(chuàng)業(yè)績(jī)、建和諧”活動(dòng)，開(kāi)展了“樹(shù)社會(huì)新風(fēng)、建和諧臨江”等主題實(shí)踐活動(dòng)，使和諧成為黨員干部的行為方式和價(jià)值取向。

　 進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)基層黨組織建設(shè)，充分發(fā)揮基層黨組織的凝聚力和戰(zhàn)斗力

　 1、推進(jìn)黨內(nèi)民主，保障黨員主體地位。x 年初開(kāi)展了學(xué)習(xí)《黨員權(quán)利保障條例》主題活動(dòng)，以落實(shí)黨員知情權(quán)、參與權(quán)、選舉權(quán)、監(jiān)督權(quán)為重點(diǎn)，積極推進(jìn)黨務(wù)公開(kāi)，健全黨內(nèi)情況通報(bào)、黨內(nèi)情況反映、黨員表達(dá)意見(jiàn)渠道等制度，努力營(yíng)造黨內(nèi)民主監(jiān)督的環(huán)境。

　 2、抓好班子和隊(duì)伍建設(shè)。x 年，對(duì) 12 個(gè)支部班子進(jìn)行了調(diào)整和補(bǔ)充，提高了機(jī)關(guān)基層黨組織的合力，并通過(guò)認(rèn)真考察新發(fā)展了 13 名黨員，增添了黨的新鮮血液。

　 加強(qiáng)反腐倡廉教育，提高黨員干部的自律意識(shí)，

　 x 年，市直機(jī)關(guān)反腐倡廉工作著重解決了黨風(fēng)政風(fēng)、勤政廉政方面的突出問(wèn)題，切實(shí)加強(qiáng)了對(duì)權(quán)利運(yùn)行的制約和監(jiān)督，確保權(quán)利在陽(yáng)光下運(yùn)行。

　 1、認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)貫徹中紀(jì)委會(huì)議精神，按照市紀(jì)委

　的部署注重治本、注重預(yù)防、注重制度建設(shè)，把反腐敗工作納入各支部工作的重要議事日程。

　 2、圍繞我市重點(diǎn)工作，充分發(fā)揮黨組織的監(jiān)督和服務(wù)職能，配合有關(guān)部門(mén)加強(qiáng)對(duì)法律法規(guī)、政策落實(shí)和執(zhí)行情況的監(jiān)督檢查，確保政令暢通。

　 3、運(yùn)用先進(jìn)典型開(kāi)展示范教育和反面案件的警示教育，鞏固了先進(jìn)性教育成果。抓好黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)責(zé)任制的落實(shí)，完善責(zé)任制，細(xì)化考核內(nèi)容，健全考核機(jī)制，突出責(zé)任追究。不斷拓展從源頭上防治腐敗工作的領(lǐng)域，做到用制度管權(quán)、管事、管人。x 年給予 1 人黨內(nèi)警告處分。2 人行政警告處分。

　加強(qiáng)機(jī)關(guān)作風(fēng)建設(shè)

　 機(jī)關(guān)作風(fēng)是黨風(fēng)政風(fēng)以及行風(fēng)的綜合反映，機(jī)關(guān)要成為服務(wù)型，創(chuàng)新型機(jī)關(guān)，必須有嚴(yán)格的紀(jì)律約束。x年 3 月份開(kāi)始，我們聯(lián)合了紀(jì)檢委、人事局、組織部等部門(mén)分成四組，采取明察暗訪的形式，就出勤情況、工作情況進(jìn)行了多次檢查。不定期對(duì)機(jī)關(guān)紀(jì)律進(jìn)行了整頓，嚴(yán)格考勤和作息時(shí)間，全面加大治庸工作力度。6 月份召開(kāi)了支部書(shū)記例會(huì)，著重強(qiáng)調(diào)了機(jī)關(guān)作風(fēng)存在的問(wèn)題，對(duì)機(jī)關(guān)作風(fēng)建設(shè)作了具體部署和要求。經(jīng)過(guò)整頓，機(jī)關(guān)干部的工作作風(fēng)有了明顯改善。

　 以活動(dòng)為載體推動(dòng)機(jī)關(guān)文化建設(shè)，豐富了機(jī)關(guān)

　文化生活

　 x 年，我們以“構(gòu)建和諧，增強(qiáng)體魄，促進(jìn)發(fā)展”為主題，用豐富的機(jī)關(guān)文化生活，培養(yǎng)干部拼搏精神和協(xié)作精神，營(yíng)造了團(tuán)結(jié)友愛(ài)、和諧進(jìn)取、健康文明的機(jī)關(guān)工作氛圍。

　4 月 2

　日組織市直機(jī)關(guān)、街道、中省直單位工作人員到烈士陵園參加祭掃。五一前夕，組織機(jī)關(guān)干部在臥虎山開(kāi)展了義務(wù)植樹(shù)活動(dòng)。6 月 25 日，與國(guó)土資源局共同舉辦了慶“七一暨紀(jì)念全國(guó)第 19 個(gè)土地日”文藝演出。9 月份舉辦了國(guó)慶60 周年系列活動(dòng)：9 月 3 日舉行了“瑪瑙泉杯”乒乓球比賽。9 月 16 日在文化宮舉行了第二屆“祖國(guó)頌”演講比賽。9 月29 日在市政府廣場(chǎng)舉行了“臨江市各界人民群眾慶祝建國(guó)60 周年紅歌演唱會(huì)”。10 月 18 日，與老年體協(xié)共同舉辦了首屆老年人乒乓球比賽。通過(guò)活動(dòng)的開(kāi)展，展示了機(jī)關(guān)干部積極向上的精神風(fēng)貌。

　 同志們，在看到成績(jī)的同時(shí)，也應(yīng)該清醒的看到我們存在的問(wèn)題，認(rèn)識(shí)到新形勢(shì)新任務(wù)給機(jī)關(guān)黨建工作提出了更高的要求。主要是：黨務(wù)工作者自身素質(zhì)、能力有待提高；有的支部對(duì)機(jī)關(guān)黨建工作重要性認(rèn)識(shí)不足，對(duì)黨建工作存在弱化、邊緣化的現(xiàn)象，黨建工作責(zé)任制落得不實(shí)；一些基層黨組織戰(zhàn)斗堡壘作用不強(qiáng)，個(gè)別黨員先鋒模范作用不

　明顯；有的黨務(wù)干部精神狀態(tài)不佳，不能擺正和正確處理黨務(wù)工作和業(yè)務(wù)工作的關(guān)系；黨建工作經(jīng)費(fèi)落實(shí)不到位。對(duì)于這些問(wèn)題，需要我們認(rèn)真研究，切實(shí)加以改進(jìn)，不斷提高機(jī)關(guān)黨建工作水平。

　二、x 年工作要點(diǎn)

　今年，機(jī)關(guān)黨建工作的總體思路是：以鄧小平理論和“x”重要思想為指導(dǎo)，深入貫徹落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀，全面落實(shí)市委六屆七次全會(huì)精神，以黨的執(zhí)政能力建設(shè)和先進(jìn)性建設(shè)為主線，全面建設(shè)為民、務(wù)實(shí)、清廉機(jī)關(guān)，推進(jìn)學(xué)習(xí)型黨組織的建設(shè)，為臨江經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和社會(huì)事業(yè)大發(fā)展快發(fā)展總體部署提供政治動(dòng)力和組織保證。

　 第一、加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)基層黨組織建設(shè)

　 我們要牢牢把握“服務(wù)中心、建設(shè)隊(duì)伍”兩大任務(wù)，不斷提高黨組織的影響力、凝聚力和戰(zhàn)斗力，充分發(fā)揮黨建工作的引領(lǐng)示范作用，努力使基層黨建在圍繞中心、促進(jìn)科學(xué)發(fā)展上走在前頭；在增強(qiáng)素質(zhì)、提高執(zhí)行能力上走在前頭；在改進(jìn)作風(fēng)、服務(wù)群眾上走在前頭；在激發(fā)活力、發(fā)展黨內(nèi)民主上走在前頭；在發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢(shì)、構(gòu)建和諧機(jī)關(guān)上走在前頭。

　 x 年要健全和完善黨建工作制度，嚴(yán)格落實(shí)黨建工作責(zé)任制，按照務(wù)實(shí)易行、統(tǒng)籌兼顧、分類指導(dǎo)的原則，完善黨建工作考核評(píng)價(jià)體系；加強(qiáng)黨務(wù)干部的業(yè)務(wù)能力建

　設(shè)。做好積極分子的培養(yǎng)，做好新黨員的發(fā)展與轉(zhuǎn)正，做好黨員發(fā)展的卷宗，保管好黨員發(fā)展的各種材料，及時(shí)足額交納黨費(fèi)；摸清黨員底數(shù)，及時(shí)上報(bào)黨員有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)，健全本單位黨員數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)；加強(qiáng)流動(dòng)黨員的管理，杜絕口袋黨員和流失黨員，要按照建設(shè)學(xué)習(xí)型黨組織的要求，定期對(duì)黨員干部進(jìn)行教育培訓(xùn)。我們計(jì)劃在 4 月末，舉辦一次黨建工作培訓(xùn)班。

　 第二、全面落實(shí)績(jī)效考核工作任務(wù)

　 x 年，我市開(kāi)展績(jī)效考核評(píng)估工作，這是強(qiáng)化機(jī)關(guān)工作作風(fēng)，提升服務(wù)水平，落實(shí)任務(wù)，促進(jìn)臨江經(jīng)濟(jì)大發(fā)展快發(fā)展的重要舉措。全市績(jī)效考核辦公室設(shè)在機(jī)關(guān)黨工委，黨建工作是績(jī)效考核的中心工作內(nèi)容。這就要求我們所屬機(jī)關(guān)支部要高度重視，認(rèn)真落實(shí)績(jī)效考核評(píng)估的各項(xiàng)工作指標(biāo)，責(zé)任到人，加強(qiáng)本單位的黨建工作，提升黨組織的凝聚力和戰(zhàn)斗力�？�(jī)效考核評(píng)估辦公室已創(chuàng)辦“績(jī)效考評(píng)簡(jiǎn)報(bào)”，為各單位績(jī)效考核提供信息平臺(tái)。

　 第三、認(rèn)真落實(shí)市委 “三項(xiàng)工程”建設(shè)任務(wù)

　按照市委下發(fā)的《中共臨江市委關(guān)于落實(shí)農(nóng)村基層組織建設(shè)“三項(xiàng)工程”具體措施的意見(jiàn)》的要求，結(jié)合《中共臨江市委關(guān)于建立農(nóng)村基層黨組織建設(shè)“三項(xiàng)工程”縣級(jí)黨員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部包保幫扶責(zé)任制的通知》的文件精神。各包保支部一定要明確責(zé)任，提高認(rèn)識(shí)，全面整合各種資源，統(tǒng)籌考慮，狠抓落實(shí)，力爭(zhēng)取得實(shí)實(shí)在在的效果。沒(méi)有三項(xiàng)工程

　包保任務(wù)的支部，要積極開(kāi)展“深入基層，聯(lián)系群眾”活動(dòng)。真正在老百姓面前樹(shù)立起親民、愛(ài)民、惠民的良好形象，切實(shí)體現(xiàn)服務(wù)基層、方便百姓的誠(chéng)意。

　 第四、不斷創(chuàng)新黨內(nèi)生活內(nèi)容和形式

　 一是方式要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新。今年，機(jī)關(guān)黨工委將在鴨綠江網(wǎng)站上開(kāi)辟機(jī)關(guān)黨建網(wǎng)頁(yè)，積極探索用社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系的主旋律，推出一批先進(jìn)典型，引領(lǐng)社會(huì)道德風(fēng)尚。充分運(yùn)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)這一平臺(tái)，宣傳我市優(yōu)秀基層黨組織、黨務(wù)工作者和黨員的先進(jìn)事跡，展示優(yōu)秀科室積極向上的風(fēng)貌，增強(qiáng)工作積極性和自豪感。

　 二是方法要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新。在改進(jìn)機(jī)關(guān)作風(fēng)和“三項(xiàng)工程”建設(shè)工作開(kāi)展的過(guò)程中，計(jì)劃拍攝兩個(gè)專題片。暫定每個(gè)專題片三到五集，翔實(shí)地記錄我市機(jī)關(guān)支部在改進(jìn)機(jī)關(guān)作風(fēng)和“三項(xiàng)工程”建設(shè)工作中好的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與成果。促進(jìn)機(jī)關(guān)干部以更加積極地態(tài)度，更加務(wù)實(shí)地作風(fēng)全力為臨江的經(jīng)濟(jì)大發(fā)展快發(fā)展做出貢獻(xiàn)。

　 三是內(nèi)容要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新。要倡導(dǎo)求真務(wù)實(shí)之風(fēng)。各基層黨組織要定期組織機(jī)關(guān)干部走出機(jī)關(guān)、走進(jìn)群眾，問(wèn)政于民、問(wèn)需于民、問(wèn)計(jì)于民。每年要結(jié)合工作實(shí)際完成 1 篇以上高質(zhì)量的調(diào)研報(bào)告;要倡導(dǎo)親民為民之風(fēng)。機(jī)關(guān)黨員干部要增強(qiáng)公仆意識(shí)、服務(wù)意識(shí)，設(shè)身處地為基層著想，千方百計(jì)地幫助群眾解決困難。要建立和完善黨員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部基層黨建聯(lián)

　系點(diǎn)制度。要定期深入聯(lián)系點(diǎn)，開(kāi)展黨建調(diào)研，解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題，努力把聯(lián)系點(diǎn)建成示范點(diǎn)。要倡導(dǎo)負(fù)責(zé)敬業(yè)之風(fēng)，機(jī)關(guān)黨員干部要樹(shù)立正確的事業(yè)觀、人生觀、政績(jī)觀，時(shí)刻牢記黨和人民的重托，以高度負(fù)責(zé)的精神履職盡責(zé)；要倡導(dǎo)艱苦奮斗之風(fēng)，要經(jīng)常組織開(kāi)展黨史、黨風(fēng)和黨的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)教育，引導(dǎo)廣大機(jī)關(guān)黨員自覺(jué)牢記黨的宗旨，艱苦樸素，勤儉敬業(yè)，維護(hù)黨和政府的良好形象。

　 第五、加大機(jī)關(guān)作風(fēng)建設(shè)和反腐倡廉建設(shè)力度
