感恩江海,才有“大江東去浪淘盡,千古風(fēng)流人物”的豪壯;感恩逆境,方顯“嚴(yán)寒烈日皆經(jīng)過,次第春風(fēng)到幽谷”的無畏;感恩中秋,流露“慈母手中線,游子身上衣”的柔情;
杜鵑啼血是感恩春之美麗;
碧荷映日是感恩夏之熱烈;
金玉頷首是感恩秋之饋贈(zèng);

The pattern of the Thanksgiving celebration has never changed through the years. On this holiday, a Thanksgiving meal is prepared with all the trimmings; families gather together and talk, while others watch a game or a parade filled with pilgrims. The big family dinner is planned months ahead. On the dinner table, people will find apples, oranges, chestnuts, walnuts and grapes. There will be plum pudding, mince pie, other varieties of food and cranberry juice and squash. The best and most attractive among them are roast turkey and pumpkin pie. They have been the most traditional and favorite food on Thanksgiving Day throughout the years.
