流產(chǎn)后避孕咨詢與教育對人工流產(chǎn)后婦女避孕行為的影響評價

　　[摘要]目的 探討在人工流產(chǎn)術(shù)后患者服務(wù)中加入避孕咨詢與教育服務(wù)的應(yīng)用效果，討論其臨床應(yīng)用價值。方法 選取2016年3月～2017年2月我院收治的500例人工流產(chǎn)患者作為研究對象，按照患者就診序號的單雙號將其分為對照組和實(shí)驗(yàn)組，每組各250例。對照組患者采用常規(guī)診療方式，實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者在常規(guī)診療的基礎(chǔ)上加入避孕咨詢與教育服務(wù)。治療完成后比較兩組患者的重復(fù)流產(chǎn)率及焦慮（SAS）與抑郁（SDS）評分。結(jié)果 實(shí)驗(yàn)組的重復(fù)流產(chǎn)率為0.80%，明顯低于對照組的8.40%，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。實(shí)驗(yàn)組診療后的SDS與SAS評分均明顯低于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 對人工流產(chǎn)術(shù)后患者避孕咨詢與教育服務(wù)有助于提升患者的心理素質(zhì)，安撫患者的不良情緒，提高服務(wù)滿意度，同時能提高患者的避孕意識，降低重復(fù)流產(chǎn)率，能夠在臨床上發(fā)揮重要意義，值得在臨床上推廣應(yīng)用。

　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the application effect of contraceptive counseling and education service adding in the service of patients after abortion，and to discuss the clinical application value.Methods From March 2016 to February 2017，500 abortion patients treated in our hospital were eolled as research object.According to the odd/even number，they were evenly divided into the control group and the experimental group，250 cases in each group.In the control group，conventional therapy was used，while in the experimental group，contraceptive counseling and education on the basis of the conventional treatment was added.The repeated abortion rate after therapy scores of self-rating depression scale SDS and self-rating anxiety scale was compared.Results In the experimental group，the rate of repeated abortion was 0.80%，which was significantly lower than 8.40% in the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.The and SAS in the experimental group were much lower than those in the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion Contraceptive counseling and education for patients after abortion is helpful to improve the psychological quality，appease the negative emotions，and increase service satisfaction.Meanwhile，it can improve patient′s contraceptive awareness and decrease the repeated abortion rate，and play great role in clinic，which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.

　　人工流產(chǎn)是指對意外妊娠或胎兒異常等原因的婦女采用手術(shù)方式終止妊娠[1]。人工流產(chǎn)不僅可能對女性的身體造成影響，更可能給受術(shù)者帶來巨大的心理壓力[2]，所以，臨床需要積極采取針對性較高的措施對人工流產(chǎn)后婦女進(jìn)行有效的干預(yù)。一直以來，常規(guī)服務(wù)都是我國臨床上比較重要的一個護(hù)理模式，雖已取得了較好的成效，但在醫(yī)療技術(shù)越來越先進(jìn)以及人們的自我保健意識越來越高的今天，傳統(tǒng)的護(hù)理模式已經(jīng)不能夠滿足患者對臨床護(hù)理的基本需求，因此，還應(yīng)為患者選擇一種更加具有經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性的護(hù)理手段。相關(guān)研究顯示，于人流后婦女接受常規(guī)護(hù)理服務(wù)期間，對其加用避孕咨詢以及教育服務(wù)，可有效改善其心理狀態(tài)，降低重復(fù)流產(chǎn)率，提高預(yù)后效果[3]。本研究選取我院收治的500例人工流產(chǎn)患者作為研究對象，采用避孕咨詢與教育服務(wù)對其進(jìn)行服務(wù)，取得了一定的效果，現(xiàn)報道如下。
