護(hù)理本科生對(duì)《老年護(hù)理學(xué)》服務(wù)性學(xué)習(xí)課程模式的滿(mǎn)意度研究

摘 要 目的:了解上海市杉達(dá)學(xué)院的護(hù)理本科學(xué)生對(duì)于《老年護(hù)理學(xué)》服務(wù)性學(xué)習(xí)課程模式的滿(mǎn)意度及具體評(píng)價(jià),為課程改革提供依據(jù)。方法:于2015年1月采用自行設(shè)計(jì)的課程滿(mǎn)意度調(diào)查表對(duì)2012級(jí)的145名護(hù)理本科生進(jìn)行調(diào)查,同時(shí)采用半結(jié)構(gòu)式訪談法了解學(xué)生參與該項(xiàng)課程學(xué)習(xí)前后的心理體驗(yàn)。結(jié)果:88.0%的學(xué)生認(rèn)同老年護(hù)理學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí)課程模式,認(rèn)為這種學(xué)習(xí)模式與理論學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容結(jié)合緊密,能夠加深學(xué)生對(duì)課程內(nèi)容的理解和掌握,有助于培養(yǎng)其自主學(xué)習(xí)能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力。結(jié)論:《老年護(hù)理學(xué)》學(xué)習(xí)課程模式能夠改善傳統(tǒng)的老年護(hù)理課程教學(xué)的不足,順應(yīng)了我國(guó)老齡化社會(huì)的護(hù)理發(fā)展需求。

Study on the satisfaction of the nursing undergraduates with the service learning curriculum mode of “geriatric nursing”

ABSTRACT Objective: To understand the satisfaction and specific evaluation of the service learning curriculum mode of“geriatric nursing” in the nursing undergraduate students in Shanda College of Shanghai to provide the basis for the curriculum reform in the future. Methods: In Jan. 2015, 145 nursing undergraduates of grade 2012 were investigated with the selfdesigned curriculum satisfaction questionnaire, and at the same time the semi-structured interview method was used to understand the psychological experience of students before and after the study. Results: 88.0% of the students agreed with the learning curriculum mode of geriatric nursing, considered that this learning mode was closely related to the content of theoretical study, could deepen the students’ understanding and mastery of the course content and helped to cultivate the ability of autonomous learning and team cooperation. Conclusion: The learning curriculum mode of “geriatric nursing” can improve the shortcomings of the traditional teaching of geriatric nursing courses and conforms to the needs of nursing development in the aging society of China.

我國(guó)老齡化形勢(shì)嚴(yán)峻,人口老齡化帶來(lái)的社會(huì)問(wèn)題引發(fā)的各種矛盾日益突出,導(dǎo)致社會(huì)對(duì)老年專(zhuān)科護(hù)理的需求大大增加,F(xiàn)階段護(hù)理專(zhuān)業(yè)本科生對(duì)于從事老年護(hù)理的職業(yè)認(rèn)同感不高[1-2]。因此,在老年護(hù)理學(xué)課程教學(xué)中強(qiáng)化培養(yǎng)學(xué)生為老年人群提供護(hù)理服務(wù)的情感態(tài)度、知識(shí)和技能顯得尤為重要。
傳統(tǒng)的以講授為主的教學(xué)存在以下不足:一是不能很好地解決學(xué)生為老年人服務(wù)的情感態(tài)度問(wèn)題;二是對(duì)于一些老年護(hù)理的基本技能訓(xùn)練不足,學(xué)生缺少實(shí)際應(yīng)用機(jī)會(huì);三是部分老年常見(jiàn)疾病的教學(xué)內(nèi)容與前期成人護(hù)理學(xué)的內(nèi)容有一定交叉重復(fù),學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)積極性不高,學(xué)習(xí)效果不理想。
服務(wù)性學(xué)習(xí)(service-learning,SL)起源于美國(guó),目前已在多個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)進(jìn)行開(kāi)展。課程中的服務(wù)性學(xué)習(xí)是指通過(guò)教育機(jī)構(gòu)與社區(qū)等合作,構(gòu)建由學(xué)習(xí)和提供服務(wù)的雙重目標(biāo)組成的課程,課程中,學(xué)生通過(guò)為目標(biāo)人群提供服務(wù),完成學(xué)習(xí)和服務(wù)目標(biāo),并且在服務(wù)過(guò)程中對(duì)所學(xué)知識(shí)進(jìn)行積極反思[3-4]。上海杉達(dá)學(xué)院護(hù)理系將服務(wù)性學(xué)習(xí)模式引入了老年護(hù)理課程教學(xué)中,現(xiàn)將學(xué)生對(duì)本課程的滿(mǎn)意度及評(píng)價(jià)總結(jié)如下。
1 對(duì)象與方法
1.1 研究對(duì)象
于2015年1月選取上海杉達(dá)學(xué)院護(hù)理系2012級(jí)本科三年級(jí)全部學(xué)生共145人進(jìn)行滿(mǎn)意度調(diào)查和半結(jié)構(gòu)式訪談。
