黑龍江省東寧縣烤煙主要含氮化合物的含量變化研究?

          摘要 [目的]研究不同土壤類型煙葉葉片中氮、煙堿及蛋白質(zhì)含量的變化,確定適合的植煙土壤,生產(chǎn)出卷煙工業(yè)企業(yè)需要的原材料。[方法]對(duì)調(diào)制后的煙葉樣品經(jīng)烘干并粉碎過(guò)40目篩,采用自動(dòng)分析儀法測(cè)定總氮和煙堿含量,間接分析法測(cè)定蛋白質(zhì)。[結(jié)果]對(duì)不同土壤類型烤后煙葉氮含量的多重比較分析結(jié)果表明,氮含量平均值變化范圍為11%~1.2%。暗棕壤烤后煙葉的氮含量最高,河淤土的氮含量次之,黑鈣土的氮含量位居第三。不同部位煙葉間煙堿含量表現(xiàn)為上部葉>中部葉>下部葉,變化范圍為1.5%~2.1%;煙葉蛋白質(zhì)含量在不同部位、不同土壤類型間的差異不顯著。[結(jié)論]根據(jù)東寧縣煙區(qū)實(shí)際的自然條件及氣候特點(diǎn),建議在烤煙種植土壤上進(jìn)行調(diào)整和轉(zhuǎn)移,選擇黑鈣土及河淤土地塊,盡量避免在暗棕壤上種植,從而減少烤煙葉片內(nèi)主要含氮化合物的含量,同時(shí)還要依據(jù)卷煙企業(yè)的需求標(biāo)準(zhǔn)采取合理的栽培模式。

          Study on the Change of Nitrogen Compound Content in Fluecured Tobacco in Dongning County, Heilongjiang Province

          Abstract [Objective] The changes of nitrogen, nicotine and protein content in tobacco leaf growing in different soil types were studied to determine the appropriate tobacco planting soil and produce raw materials needed in cigarette industry. [Method] After drying and crushing, total nitrogen and nicotine content in tobacco leaf were measured by automatic analyzer method, protein content was determined by indirect analysis method. [Result] Multiple comparison analysis indicated that, mean of nitrogen content ranged from 1.1% to 1.2%. Nitrogen content from highest to lowest was dark brown earth, silt soil, chernozem;the order of nicotine content was upper leaf>middle leaf>lower leaf, varied from 1.5% to 2.1%;there was no significant difference of protein content in different parts of tobacco leaf and soil types. [Conclusion] According to the actual natural conditions and climate features in tobacco planting area in Dongning County, chernozem and silt soil are recommended to cultivate tobacco, so as to reduce nitrogen compound content in fluecured tobacco leaf. The reasonable cultivation model also should be adopted according to the demand of cigarette enterprises.

          黑龍江省東寧縣是全省烤煙主要產(chǎn)區(qū),種植面積較大,其煙葉內(nèi)在及外觀質(zhì)量名列前茅,備受全國(guó)卷煙工業(yè)企業(yè)的青睞。劉瑞清[1]在黑龍江省東寧縣煙區(qū)的生態(tài)環(huán)境與栽培條件下,調(diào)查分析了烤煙磷、鉀、氯等主要無(wú)機(jī)元素含量的變化。筆者對(duì)黑龍江省東寧縣煙烤煙煙葉下、中、上3個(gè)部位的總氮、煙堿、蛋白質(zhì)幾種主要含氮化合物含量的變化進(jìn)行了調(diào)查分析,期望能通過(guò)改變烤煙種植土壤調(diào)節(jié)煙葉內(nèi)主要含氮化合物的含量,旨在為優(yōu)質(zhì)煙的生產(chǎn)開發(fā),以及制定科學(xué)合理的栽培技術(shù)提供理論依據(jù)和參考,同時(shí)為卷煙工業(yè)企業(yè)提供內(nèi)在化學(xué)成分指標(biāo)合理的原材料奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。
          1 材料與方法
          1.1 材料 供試烤煙品種為黑龍江省煙草科學(xué)研究所繁育的龍江925和龍江911,此品種通過(guò)國(guó)家煙草專賣局品種審定。植煙土壤類型是東寧縣煙區(qū)具有代表性的土壤,分別為黑鈣土、暗棕壤、河淤土,煙葉樣品分別為下、中、上3個(gè)部位,等級(jí)分別為X2L、C2L和B2F。
          1.2 方法 對(duì)調(diào)制后的煙葉樣品經(jīng)烘干并粉碎過(guò)40目篩,采用自動(dòng)分析儀法測(cè)定總氮和煙堿含量,蛋白質(zhì)含量采用間接分析法測(cè)定[2]。
