【膠東半島邁向“高端”】 促進(jìn)我國產(chǎn)業(yè)邁向全球中高端

　　無論從哪個角度,膠東半島都是山東的“重地”。這里是海防前線,歷朝政府駐以重兵,保衛(wèi)海疆安全;這里是魚鹽之鄉(xiāng),海產(chǎn)品和海鹽產(chǎn)量在全國占據(jù)前列;這里還是商業(yè)重地,中國海上絲綢之路就源于此⋯⋯今天,這里又以經(jīng)濟(jì)先行者的身份站在了時代前沿。
　　這里是中國和山東改革開放的一個窗口,外資聚集、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)、觀念超前、時尚新潮⋯⋯是改革開放給了這里膨脹的力量,來自于國內(nèi)外的優(yōu)質(zhì)生產(chǎn)要素在這里源源不斷地聚集,帶動了膠東半島的經(jīng)濟(jì)騰飛。
　　在歷史的發(fā)展中,膠東半島是不甘落后的。進(jìn)入新世紀(jì),在世界產(chǎn)業(yè)大轉(zhuǎn)移中,山東省積極布局膠東半島制造業(yè)基地,積極承接國際制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移,膠東半島的傳統(tǒng)制造業(yè)得以提升,“山東制造”叫響國內(nèi)外。
　　今天,膠東半島又有了新使命。時代的腳步把傳統(tǒng)制造業(yè)甩在了世界產(chǎn)業(yè)潮流的后面,以高新技術(shù)、高端產(chǎn)品為標(biāo)志的高端產(chǎn)業(yè)成為今后的主流。膠東半島這個山東經(jīng)濟(jì)的先行先試者,又開始向“高端”邁進(jìn)。
