帕羅西汀聯(lián)合參芪五味子顆粒治療廣泛性焦慮障礙的效果

　　[摘要]目的 探討帕羅西汀聯(lián)合參芪五味子顆粒治療廣泛性焦慮障礙的效果。方法 將2016年3月～2017年7月在我院接受治療的78例廣泛性焦慮障礙患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和研究組，每組39例。對(duì)照組給予帕羅西汀治療，研究組在此基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合給予參芪五味子顆粒治療，連續(xù)治療8周。比較兩組患者的臨床治療效果、治療前后漢密爾頓焦慮量表（HAMA）評(píng)分和匹茲堡睡眠質(zhì)量指數(shù)量表（PSQI）評(píng)分變化情況及藥物不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果 研究組患者治療8周后的臨床治療總有效率為97.4%，明顯高于對(duì)照組的82.1%（P<0.05）。兩組患者治療前的HAMA評(píng)分及PSQI評(píng)分比較，差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05）。研究組的HAMA評(píng)分及PSQI評(píng)分在治療后1周開始明顯降低，對(duì)照組則從治療后第2周開始降低，且研究組治療后的HAMA及PSQI評(píng)分均明顯低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。兩組患者治療后不同時(shí)間點(diǎn)的副反應(yīng)量表（TESS）評(píng)分比較，差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05）。兩組的不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率比較，差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05）。結(jié)論 在帕羅西汀治療廣泛性焦慮障礙的基礎(chǔ)上，聯(lián)合參芪五味子顆粒治療有助于進(jìn)一步緩解患者的焦慮抑郁癥狀，能夠提高治療效果，同時(shí)安全性高，患者不會(huì)對(duì)藥物產(chǎn)生依賴性，值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。

　　Effect of Paroxetine combined with Shenqiwuweizi Granule in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder

　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the effect of Paroxetine combined with Shenqiwuweizi Granules in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder （GAD）.Methods 78 cases of GAD patients treated in our hospital from March 2016 to July 2017 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group，with 39 cases in each group.The control group patients were given the Paroxetine treatment，the study group patients were treated with Shenqiwuweizi Granule on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effect，the change of Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA） score and the Pittsburgh sleep quality index （PSQI） before and after treatment，the incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment was 97.4% after 8 weeks of treatment in the study group，which was significantly higher than that of the control group of 82.1% （P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in the HAMA score and PSQI score before the treatment between the two groups （P>0.05）.The HAMA score and PSQI score of the study group decreased significantly at the 1 week after treatment，and the control group began to decrease from the second week after the treatment.The scores of HAMA and PSQI in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P<0.05）.There was no statistical difference in the TESS score between the two groups of patients after treatment at different time points （P>0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P>0.05）.Conclusion On the basis of Paroxetine treatment of GAD，the combination of Shenqiwuweizi Granule can relieve anxiety and depression，and improve the treatment effect，the safety is high，patients will not produce drug dependence，it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
