淺析人性化護(hù)理在糖尿病護(hù)理中應(yīng)用

[摘要] 目的 探討分析糖尿病患者接受人性化護(hù)理的臨床效果,為臨床糖尿病患者的護(hù)理提供指導(dǎo)依據(jù)。 方法 2014年10月—2016年10月該院對(duì)100例糖尿病患者進(jìn)行了研究分析,將患者分成對(duì)照組和實(shí)驗(yàn)組兩組,實(shí)驗(yàn)組使用人文關(guān)懷護(hù)理方式,對(duì)照組使用常規(guī)的護(hù)理方式,對(duì)兩組的臨床護(hù)理效果進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。 結(jié)果 每?jī)蓚(gè)月對(duì)患者的護(hù)理質(zhì)量進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),實(shí)驗(yàn)組在3月、5月、7月的護(hù)理質(zhì)量評(píng)分比對(duì)照組優(yōu)秀(P<0.05)。實(shí)驗(yàn)組共有45例滿意病例,5例一般,沒有不滿意病例,臨床滿意度是90.00%;對(duì)照組有27例滿意病例,15例一般,8例不滿意病例,臨床滿意度是54.00%。兩組滿意度差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。 結(jié)論 糖尿病患者接受人性化護(hù)理能夠獲得較好的護(hù)理效果,患者的滿意度比較高,臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值高,值得推廣使用。

[Abstract] Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of humanistic nursing in the nursing of diabetes and provide basis for the guidance of nursing of diabetes patients. Methods 100 cases of diabetes patients admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 were selected for research and analysis, and divided into two groups, the experimental group used the humanistic care nursing method, while the control group used the routine nursing method, and the clinical nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results The nursing quality of patients was evaluated every two months, and the nursing quality scores in the experimental group in 3 months, 5 months and 7 months in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05), and in the experimental group, there were 45 satisfied cases, 5 cases in general and 0 unsatisfied case, and the clinical satisfied rate was 90.00%, in the control group, and there were 27 satisfied cases, 15 cases in general and 8 unsatisfied cases, and the clinical satisfied rate was 54.00%, and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The humanistic nursing of diabetes patients can obtain a better nursing effect, and the satisfactory degree of patients is higher, and the clinical application value is also higher, which is worth promotion and application.

研究顯示,糖尿病患者的微血管、神經(jīng)末梢和動(dòng)脈血管均會(huì)受到影響,導(dǎo)致患者出現(xiàn)功能障礙和缺血癥狀。目前糖尿病的臨床發(fā)病率在不斷增加,糖尿病護(hù)理也受到了廣泛的關(guān)注。人文護(hù)理是新型護(hù)理理念,推動(dòng)了糖尿病護(hù)理的發(fā)展,將患者作為護(hù)理中心,提升護(hù)理質(zhì)量,改進(jìn)護(hù)理工作。醫(yī)院的護(hù)理更加人性化,這是護(hù)理發(fā)展的最終結(jié)果,能夠改善護(hù)患關(guān)系,讓患者對(duì)護(hù)理人員的護(hù)理工作給予肯定,降低護(hù)患糾紛,維護(hù)護(hù)患雙方的利益。人性化護(hù)理主要是對(duì)患者給予關(guān)懷,護(hù)理過程負(fù)責(zé),護(hù)理流程和技術(shù)達(dá)到要求,目的是為了讓患者獲得更好的治療環(huán)境。此次該院就2014年10月—2016年10月收治的100例糖尿病患者進(jìn)行研究,對(duì)人性化護(hù)理的臨床效果進(jìn)行分析,現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
1 資料與方法
1.1 一般資料
該院對(duì)100例糖尿病患者開展了研究分析,分成實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組,實(shí)驗(yàn)組有27例男性和23例女性,最小37歲,最大77歲,平均50.9±3.8歲,對(duì)照組有29例男性和21例女性,最小36歲,最大78歲,平均51.1±3.7歲。兩組的一般性資料對(duì)比差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05),能夠進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。
1.2 方法
1.2.1 規(guī)范護(hù)理行為 ①護(hù)士形象。需要專門的護(hù)士打扮,面帶微笑,具有積極主動(dòng)的工作熱情,護(hù)理時(shí)動(dòng)作輕柔,為患者及家屬留下一個(gè)好印象。②心理素質(zhì)。護(hù)士應(yīng)具備良好的心理素質(zhì),在工作中保持熱情的態(tài)度,關(guān)注每一個(gè)病人和他們的家屬,要有誠摯、關(guān)心的語言,消除患者的緊張、恐懼心理,獲得患者及家屬的信賴和認(rèn)可。③專業(yè)品質(zhì)。對(duì)糖尿病護(hù)士需要定期組織業(yè)務(wù)知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí),使護(hù)士熟悉與糖尿病患者的臨床護(hù)理表現(xiàn)、護(hù)理措施和糖尿病常見的并發(fā)癥、糖尿病患者經(jīng)常會(huì)遇到的生活問題等一系列的知識(shí),改善糖尿病護(hù)理護(hù)士對(duì)于并發(fā)癥知識(shí)和健康指導(dǎo)知識(shí)的認(rèn)知,不斷提高糖尿病護(hù)理護(hù)士的專業(yè)素質(zhì)[1]。
