          摘要[目的]提高打葉復(fù)烤企業(yè)煙葉樣品抽梗效率,減緩操作人員勞動強(qiáng)度。[方法]通過開展QC小組活動,小組成員運用頭腦風(fēng)暴法準(zhǔn)確分析出影響煙葉抽梗效率低下的原因,通過現(xiàn)場測試、F檢驗等方法確定2個主要原因,針對要因制定切實可行的措施,并成功研制一種煙葉抽梗工具。[結(jié)果]小組成員按照預(yù)先制定的對策開展實施活動,根據(jù)煙葉水分大小不同,采取不同的處理方式,即:大多數(shù)水分正常的煙葉采用抽梗工具進(jìn)行處理,少數(shù)水分偏小的煙葉采用測梗機(jī)進(jìn)行處理。通過跟蹤驗證,結(jié)果表明:運用工具抽梗效率比手工抽梗效率提高約73%,測梗機(jī)則提高3倍多,且操作人員的勞動強(qiáng)度也得到一定程度的緩解。[結(jié)論]研究結(jié)果對行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)YC/T147-2010《打葉煙葉 質(zhì)量檢驗》的修改完善具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義,對提高行業(yè)內(nèi)煙葉樣品抽梗效率具有較高的推廣價值。

          Study on Improving the Efficiency of Tobacco Smoke Terrier

          Abstract [Objective] To improve leaf tobacco leaf samples smoke terrier efficiency, slow down the operation staff labor intensity. [Method] By conducting QC group activity, the team members by applying the method of brainstorming, accurate analysis of the reasons to smoke tobacco stems inefficiency, established by the method of field test and F test are two main reasons, for will formulate feasible measures, and successfully developed a tool of tobacco smoke terrier. [Result] Group is established in accordance with the measures to carry out the implementation of activities, according to the tobacco moisture size to differ, to take a different approach, namely: most of the water normal tobacco smoke terrier tools used for processing, a few small water tobacco use terrier measuring machine for processing. By tracking verification, the results show that the use of tools pumping efficiency than manual pumping terrier efficiency increases by about 73%, terrier measuring machine with more than 3 times, and the labor intensity of operators have also been a certain degree of ease. [Conclusion] The results to the industry standard of YC/T147-2010 "the leaf tobacco leaf quality inspection" perfect has a certain guiding significance to the modification, to improve the efficiency of industry smoke tobacco leaf samples terrier is of high popularization value.

          原煙含梗率檢測依據(jù)YC/T147-2010《打葉煙葉 質(zhì)量檢驗》行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)[1]進(jìn)行檢測,對煙葉抽梗處理也是按照手工方式操作的,一般由在線跟班檢測人員利用其他指標(biāo)檢測的間隙進(jìn)行。隨著煙葉加工量和試驗項目的增加,原煙樣品處理量也不斷增加,抽梗處理工作壓力日益加大,尤其是試驗項目的樣品和煙葉含梗率同時進(jìn)行,壓力更大。隨著煙葉抽梗量的增加,操作人員也倍感疲乏,這樣對整個樣品后續(xù)處理形成瓶頸制約。因此,研究并解決這個問題具有現(xiàn)實意義。
          1材料與方法
          1.1材料供試的抽梗煙葉等級主要為C2F,少部分為B2F,產(chǎn)地主要有:云南、四川、湖北、安徽、河南、遼寧等。
          1.2方法QC小組成員對手工抽梗的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,調(diào)查時間為2013年4~5月,分別記錄每次抽梗的煙葉等級重量和抽梗完成時間(表1)。

          經(jīng)測算,手工方式平均抽梗效率為46.58 g/(人·min)。針對手工抽梗方式效率低下的原因小組成員運用頭腦風(fēng)暴法進(jìn)行分析,用親和圖法[2]對分析出的所有因素按照5M1E 6個方面歸納整理,將歸納整理的所有因素逐一進(jìn)行確認(rèn),確認(rèn)其是否為主要原因。通過現(xiàn)場測量、F檢驗[3]等方法確認(rèn)主要原因。
