自由體位聯(lián)合分娩鎮(zhèn)痛儀在產(chǎn)程中的應(yīng)用研究

　　摘   要：目的  探討產(chǎn)婦分娩過(guò)程中應(yīng)用自由體位聯(lián)合分娩鎮(zhèn)痛儀的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法  將我院2015年1月～2016年10月520例初產(chǎn)婦，隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組，各260例。觀察組采用自由體位聯(lián)合分娩鎮(zhèn)痛儀，對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)分娩模式，觀察產(chǎn)婦分娩疼痛度、自然分娩率、剖宮產(chǎn)率、產(chǎn)程時(shí)間。結(jié)果  觀察組產(chǎn)婦疼痛評(píng)分明顯低于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;觀察組產(chǎn)婦剖宮產(chǎn)率低于對(duì)照組，自然分娩率高于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;觀察組產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)程時(shí)間少于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論  產(chǎn)婦在自然分娩過(guò)程中，采用自由體位聯(lián)合分娩鎮(zhèn)痛儀的使用可有效降低產(chǎn)婦分娩過(guò)程中的疼痛度和剖宮產(chǎn)率，縮短產(chǎn)程時(shí)間，提高自然分娩率，值得在產(chǎn)科推廣應(yīng)用。

　　Abstract：Objective  To explore the application value of free position joint delivery analgesia apparatus in the process of childbirth. Methods  520 cases of primipara in our hospital in January 2015～2016 October were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，each with 260 cases.The observation group was given the free position combined with the labor analgesia instrument.The control group was given the routine delivery mode，and the delivery pain， natural birth rate，cesarean section rate and labor time were observed.Results  The observation group pain score was significantly lower than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）;observation group of cesarean section rate lower than the control group，the rate of natural childbirth was higher than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）;the observation group maternal labor time is less than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion  In the process of natural childbirth，the use of free position combined with labor analgesia instrument can effectively reduce the pain and cesarean section rate，shorten the duration of labor and improve the natural childbirth rate，which is worthy of promotion in obstetrics department.

　　分娩是人類繁衍后代的生理過(guò)程，越來(lái)越多的產(chǎn)婦因畏懼分娩疼痛而選擇剖宮產(chǎn)，從而近年來(lái)出現(xiàn)剖宮產(chǎn)率日趨上升，但其上升并無(wú)法降低圍生兒窒息率、死亡率[1]。如何減輕分娩時(shí)帶來(lái)的疼痛，使等待分娩的孕產(chǎn)婦能夠愉快地接受自然分娩也越來(lái)越被醫(yī)學(xué)界、孕產(chǎn)婦及家屬所關(guān)注。2015年1月～2016年10月，我院在產(chǎn)婦分娩過(guò)程中應(yīng)用自由體位聯(lián)合分娩鎮(zhèn)痛儀，取得良好的效果，現(xiàn)報(bào)告如下。
