　　During the golden week of National Day in 2008, Jinan received a total of 2.938 million tourists, up 37.5% over the same period of last year. The tourist income hit 2.26 billion yuan, up 27.7% over the same period of last year.

　　今年的國(guó)慶黃金周期間，濟(jì)南市城鄉(xiāng)只有6963對(duì)新人舉辦婚禮或婚禮答謝儀式，創(chuàng)近年同期結(jié)婚人數(shù)最低水平。與以往的“十一”長(zhǎng)假不同的是，今年的黃金周首次從9月末開始放假。不少原定在10月6日、7日結(jié)婚的新人受到了不同程度的影響，出現(xiàn)了一些“婚禮改期”。

　　2008山東文化產(chǎn)業(yè)博覽會(huì)與孔子文化節(jié)同時(shí)舉辦，以“文化、創(chuàng)意、財(cái)富”為主題。會(huì)展期間商品交易額共6億元，其中濟(jì)南會(huì)場(chǎng)4億元。在本屆文博會(huì)期間參加簽約儀式的36個(gè)文化項(xiàng)目投資總額達(dá)276.33億元。
　　2008 Shandong International Cultural Industry Fair (SDICIF) and Cultural Festival of Confucius were held at the same time. Jinan and Jining were the two meeting places. With the theme of “Culture, Creativity, and Wealth”, the total investment of the 36 cultural projects signed during SDICIF hit 27.633 billion yuan.

　　濟(jì)南市首次下調(diào)住房公積金貸款利率，5年以下貸款利率下調(diào)0.18%，5年以上貸款利率下調(diào)0.09%。經(jīng)過調(diào)整，1年至5年的公積金貸款利率由原來的4.77%下調(diào)至4.59%，5年至30年貸款利率由原來的5.22%下調(diào)至5.13%。
　　Jinan lowered the interest rate on housing accumulation fund loan for the first time. 1-5 year interest rate was lowered from 4.77% to 4.59%. 5-30 year interest rate was lowered from 5.22%-5.13%.

　　濟(jì)南市社區(qū)建設(shè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組辦公室出臺(tái)《濟(jì)南市打造“社區(qū)十分鐘生活服務(wù)圈”指導(dǎo)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》，“標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”對(duì)全市社區(qū)上門服務(wù)、代為聯(lián)系服務(wù)、受理服務(wù)、協(xié)調(diào)協(xié)助服務(wù)多個(gè)方面近20項(xiàng)的服務(wù)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行詳細(xì)規(guī)范，使社區(qū)居民不出居就能享受到高品質(zhì)快捷的服務(wù)內(nèi)容。
　　The Community Construction Leading Group Office of Jinan issued Directive Standard on Jinan Creating “Community Ten-minute Life Service Circle”. The “Standard” gave the details of the 20 service features such as home service and connecting service in the communities of Jinan.

　　9月24日起，解放閣上的濟(jì)南解放紀(jì)念館開始免費(fèi)開放，市民和游客可在解放閣下的管理房領(lǐng)取免費(fèi)票登閣參觀。參觀時(shí)間為：秋、冬季為9：00-17：00，春、夏季為8：00-18：00。濟(jì)南解放紀(jì)念館實(shí)行免費(fèi)不免票的辦法，參觀人數(shù)較多的單位需提前預(yù)約。
　　From September 24, 2008, the Jinan Liberation Memorial Hall in Jiefang Pavilion was opened to the public free of charge. Citizens and tourists can get free tickets from the management room of Jiefang Pavilion. The tickets are free but also essential so reservation is required.

　　自10月1日起，濟(jì)南市70歲以上老年人持公交老年人免費(fèi)乘車卡可免費(fèi)乘坐K系列公交車。為紀(jì)念濟(jì)南市第二屆城市“無車日”和老年人免費(fèi)乘坐K系列公交車，老年免費(fèi)乘車紀(jì)念卡日前正式對(duì)外發(fā)行，該卡限量發(fā)行3萬余張，押金10元。
　　From October 1, 2008, people from Jinan over the age of 70 can take the K series buses for free. The cards are limited to about 30,000 and every card requires a 10-yuan deposit.

　　“2008中國(guó)濟(jì)南當(dāng)代國(guó)際攝影雙年展”暨“第二屆齊魯國(guó)際攝影周”于10月12日至17日在濟(jì)南舉行。同時(shí)舉辦的還包括“第二屆世界大學(xué)生攝影藝術(shù)展”和“第二屆世界攝影家聚焦齊魯大地國(guó)際攝影大獎(jiǎng)賽”等四大主題活動(dòng)。
