教育學(xué)視域下傳統(tǒng)保健體育的傳承與發(fā)展研究

          [摘要] 本文從教育學(xué)視角探討我國(guó)新時(shí)期傳統(tǒng)保健體育傳承與發(fā)展之道。本文首先對(duì)傳統(tǒng)保健中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,并總結(jié)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀面臨的窘迫。本文認(rèn)為,傳統(tǒng)保健體育的傳承與發(fā)展研究中應(yīng)貫徹以教育為主線,強(qiáng)化以文化戰(zhàn)略意識(shí)為先導(dǎo),以人為本,注重地域性特色等理念;谏鲜隼砟,在教育學(xué)視域下提出當(dāng)代傳統(tǒng)保健體育的傳承與發(fā)展路徑選擇,主要從完善教育體系入手,實(shí)現(xiàn)大眾教育,規(guī)范相關(guān)內(nèi)容,突出地域性特點(diǎn),依附教育制度,優(yōu)化教學(xué)模式,提倡“以人為本”的人才教育培養(yǎng)模式,重新定位傳統(tǒng)保健體育的教學(xué)認(rèn)知目標(biāo)等幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行。

          [Abstract] This paper discusses the inheritance and development of traditional health-care sports in China from the perspective of pedagogy. The paper first analyzes the problems existing in traditional health-care and the real dilemma in the development status. It suggests that the inheritance and development of traditional health-care sports should take education as the main line, and consider strengthening cultural strategic consciousness as the guidance, and the concepts of people-oriented theme and regional characteristics not being ignored. Based on the concepts above, the paper puts forward the path selection of the inheritance and development of modern traditional health-care sports from the perspective of pedagogy, which mainly starts from the following aspects as improving the education system to realize the public education, standardizing relevant content to highlight regional characteristics, being attached to education system to optimize teaching model, advocating the “people-oriented” education training model and reorienting the teaching cognitive goal of traditional health-care sports.

          傳統(tǒng)保健體育是中華民族在長(zhǎng)期的生活與斗爭(zhēng)實(shí)踐中逐步積累起來(lái)的一項(xiàng)歷史悠久的民族文化遺產(chǎn),其歷史可追溯至蠻荒時(shí)期,是數(shù)千年生產(chǎn)、生活中與疾病作斗爭(zhēng)的強(qiáng)身健體的經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié),其主要是通過(guò)調(diào)整姿勢(shì)、鍛煉呼吸及心理暗示,進(jìn)行強(qiáng)身健體,并誘發(fā)出人體內(nèi)在潛能,達(dá)到防治疾病、益智身心、延年益壽之效[1],F(xiàn)今在我國(guó)中醫(yī)藥院校所采用的體育教學(xué),是經(jīng)過(guò)30多年教學(xué)改革后,逐步形成的較為完善的具有傳統(tǒng)及中醫(yī)藥特色的保健體育課程[2]。在中國(guó)文化的數(shù)千年流變中,儒、佛、道的基本精神早已泛化溶解為無(wú)所不在的人文經(jīng)驗(yàn)和思想習(xí)慣,它已精密地編織在中國(guó)人的日常生活形態(tài)和語(yǔ)言形態(tài)中[3]。傳統(tǒng)保健體育是以肢體語(yǔ)言闡釋著儒佛道文化,通過(guò)身體力行的方式體驗(yàn)儒佛道各家之理[4]。傳統(tǒng)保健體育是中華民族精神“全息影像”,其主張我國(guó)千年來(lái)百家之主張,傳承著千年來(lái)百家道義之精華,是我國(guó)體育傳承至今的無(wú)價(jià)瑰寶。
          如今經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的大環(huán)境下,文化全球化已成為必然,西方文化以其強(qiáng)勢(shì)的滲透力不斷沖擊著我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化,新時(shí)代年輕人更加崇尚西方體育力量和競(jìng)技類(lèi)運(yùn)動(dòng),而對(duì)我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)體育失去了應(yīng)有的“文化記憶”,致使現(xiàn)今我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)體育保健失去了原有的文化傳承。為使傳統(tǒng)保健體育能更好的傳承與發(fā)展,本文基于教育學(xué)視角探討我國(guó)新時(shí)期傳統(tǒng)保健體育發(fā)展之道。
