一前言
長久以來.電力行業(yè)長期作為國家壟斷行業(yè)存在與運(yùn)營,作為國家基礎(chǔ)性行業(yè),電力企業(yè)曾一度在計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)中生產(chǎn),以安全生產(chǎn)為核心。在長期計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)模式下形成的信息分割、孤島信息、效率低下的運(yùn)行體制已不能適應(yīng)目前及將來的要求。電力企業(yè)需要進(jìn)行管理體制革新,實(shí)行業(yè)務(wù)重新劃分、流程梳理與整合優(yōu)化。引入信息技術(shù)共享支持。相對(duì)于信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展與應(yīng)用,電力企業(yè)長期以來處于落后的境況,有的企業(yè)引入了先進(jìn)的信息系統(tǒng)、業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng),而體制模式未能實(shí)施有效革新,最終形成了管理信息系統(tǒng)未能發(fā)揮預(yù)期的、應(yīng)有的作用的局面。電力客戶服務(wù)中心是電力營銷的窗口.供電企業(yè)也在加緊建立和完善客戶服務(wù)支持系統(tǒng)。運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代計(jì)算機(jī)和通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)建立電力客戶服務(wù)中心系統(tǒng)。以市場和客戶服務(wù)為軸心,以方便客戶為宗旨,優(yōu)化重組業(yè)務(wù)流程,創(chuàng)新服務(wù)方式,強(qiáng)化監(jiān)管能力,提高企業(yè)決策和管理水平。
二、我國的電力客戶服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀論文
1,持續(xù)增長的電力需求
我國自改革開放以來,經(jīng)濟(jì)方面也得到快速的增長,成為超日本,繼美國之后全球第二大的經(jīng)濟(jì)體,而且這個(gè)增長的趨勢(shì)極有可能持續(xù)下去?焖僭鲩L的經(jīng)濟(jì)使我國在能源上的需求大幅度的增加。而作為一種基礎(chǔ)能源,電力在我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中,其地位和作用的重要性是無可取代的。
2.電力服務(wù)體系初步建立
我國大部分供電企業(yè)在改革不斷深化的電力體制下,其類型已經(jīng)由原來的生產(chǎn)型轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榻?jīng)營型,并且向經(jīng)營服務(wù)性企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變。在電力服務(wù)的工作方面,我國已經(jīng)邁出了一大步,其具體表現(xiàn)主要為以下幾點(diǎn):(1)從觀念上看,以客戶為中心和滿足客戶需求的觀念已經(jīng)初步建立;從機(jī)制上看,也初步形成了以市場為導(dǎo)向、服務(wù)為中心的機(jī)制。(2)較為完善的組織初步地建立了。目前全國各地方的供電企業(yè)已經(jīng)成立各自的電力客戶服務(wù)中心,這些服務(wù)中心可以分為大客服和小客服這兩類。
3.服務(wù)技術(shù)的支持系統(tǒng)初步地建立。信息化建設(shè)工程正在積極實(shí)施進(jìn)行中,而客戶服務(wù)管理是其中的八大信息集成平臺(tái)應(yīng)用業(yè)務(wù)中的一個(gè)。(4)隊(duì)伍訓(xùn)練有素。初步樹立了能戰(zhàn)斗且尤其能吃苦的形象及作風(fēng)。如電力系統(tǒng)職工在2008年的大雪災(zāi)中,通過艱苦作業(yè),使

三我國的電力服務(wù)存在的一些不足論文
隨著我國市場經(jīng)濟(jì)近幾年來快速的發(fā)展,國家經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)不斷進(jìn)行完善調(diào)整,經(jīng)濟(jì)正由原先的制造業(yè)主導(dǎo)轉(zhuǎn)向服務(wù)業(yè)主導(dǎo),更加體現(xiàn)電網(wǎng)企業(yè)特征中的服務(wù)性特點(diǎn),對(duì)電網(wǎng)企業(yè)供電服務(wù)內(nèi)涵的進(jìn)一步豐富以及客戶服務(wù)品質(zhì)的需求提升。與此同時(shí),隨著社會(huì)輿淪及政府的監(jiān)管力度加強(qiáng),消費(fèi)者的成本意識(shí)和自身權(quán)益意識(shí)與日俱增。以這樣的發(fā)展形勢(shì)看來,電力行業(yè)的壟斷局面已經(jīng)開始逐漸消融,電力行業(yè)的服務(wù)工作必然要面臨巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。下面,就我國目前電力客戶服務(wù)方面存在的問題展開討論:
1、顧客對(duì)電力服務(wù)的需求沒有得到滿足。就目前來說,大多數(shù)的供電企業(yè)在電力服務(wù)呈現(xiàn)單一性、趨同性及粗糙性的問題。單一性即電力的服務(wù)內(nèi)容上的單一例如,一些電力企業(yè)仍然將重心放在傳統(tǒng)售電的服務(wù)上,對(duì)于發(fā)電、輸電服務(wù)和售后服務(wù)重視度不夠;趨同性指的是沒有對(duì)服務(wù)市場進(jìn)行細(xì)分化,服務(wù)策略上采用的是無差異的市場手段,粗糙性則是指,電力行業(yè)在提供服務(wù)時(shí)不夠細(xì)致,深入,僅僅僅是走個(gè)過場,形式主義化,服務(wù)的質(zhì)量比較差,不能使客戶感到滿意。同時(shí),各電網(wǎng)企業(yè)間在服務(wù)的內(nèi)容及方式上相互盲目地模仿,沒有形成具自身特色的優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù),使客戶在電力企業(yè)個(gè)性化服務(wù)上日益增長的需求得不到滿足。
2、市場觀念與服務(wù)意識(shí)沒有完全地樹立。由于目前我國電力壟斷問題沒有徹底得到解決,局部市場上雖然競爭比較激烈,但是總體上來說,供電市場仍然位于市場壟斷的地位,這樣一來,市場觀念與服務(wù)意識(shí)仍得不到徹底解決。
3、適應(yīng)顧客與市場需求的管理體制沒有形成。第一,因?yàn)槲覈默F(xiàn)有區(qū)域的大電網(wǎng)基本由多次聯(lián)網(wǎng)的小電網(wǎng)聯(lián)接而來,這些小電網(wǎng)的機(jī)構(gòu)也都依照原來的區(qū)域劃分,所以各個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)僅對(duì)本區(qū)域內(nèi)的收費(fèi)、用電等業(yè)務(wù)負(fù)責(zé),呈條塊分割狀態(tài),這樣電力運(yùn)營模式存在著較多問題;第二,供電企業(yè)的部門之間高效協(xié)同運(yùn)作存在不足。目前仍有不少供電企業(yè)在強(qiáng)調(diào)專業(yè)管理后,其整體的協(xié)調(diào)性被忽略了。這種情況的典型現(xiàn)象行為導(dǎo)致客戶服務(wù)仍然只是少數(shù)的職能部門的事務(wù),沒有成為電網(wǎng)企業(yè)所有職能機(jī)構(gòu)共同的任務(wù)。
四、提升電力客戶服務(wù)水平的幾個(gè)有效措施論文
1要樹立競爭觀念。目前,煤炭、燃?xì)狻⑷加、太陽能制品等與電力之間的競爭已批開序幕。電力企業(yè)只有依靠價(jià)格、質(zhì)量、信譽(yù)和服務(wù)來贏得市場。因此,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)營銷意識(shí),建立一支精干的營銷隊(duì)伍,改變坐等客戶上門的營銷方式,建立主動(dòng)熱情向客戶營銷電能的機(jī)制。要牢固樹立“顧客是上帝”的思想,始于客戶需求,終于客戶滿意。要采用快速化、保障化、簡便化、多樣化的優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)來贏得市場,向客戶提供高效率、不間斷、方便的服務(wù),F(xiàn)在家用電器使用率已經(jīng)很高了,電磁爐、電視在農(nóng)村的普及率已經(jīng)有80%。這就說明,電使用起來很方便,大家樂意接受。同時(shí)電器使用的多,給電網(wǎng)帶來的壓力也隨之提高。這就要求電力企業(yè)做到故障率低,供電可靠性高。
2完善服務(wù)激勵(lì)機(jī)制
服務(wù)質(zhì)量的提高,離不開管理體制的支持,也需要形成長效的運(yùn)行機(jī)制。供電企業(yè)在創(chuàng)新服務(wù)管理機(jī)制上下功夫,開展優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)必須注重內(nèi)部的激勵(lì)性,一是改革用工制度和分配制度,在優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)中引入競爭制度,采取優(yōu)勝劣汰的辦法,使職工在供電服務(wù)問題上感受壓力,增強(qiáng)服務(wù)意識(shí),提高服務(wù)自覺性。二是完善激勵(lì)機(jī)制,實(shí)行精神激勵(lì)與物質(zhì)激勵(lì)并舉,要體現(xiàn)獎(jiǎng)懲分明,因?yàn)樗墙?jīng)營服務(wù)的動(dòng)力。其核心是崗位責(zé)任制,要責(zé)任到人,指標(biāo)到人。通過開展“評(píng)星”、“評(píng)先”等活動(dòng),樹立典型、弘揚(yáng)正氣、充分激發(fā)職工的服務(wù)熱情,促進(jìn)供電服務(wù)水平的進(jìn)一步提高。
3電力供應(yīng)作為公用事業(yè)已經(jīng)納入服務(wù)行業(yè)中,怎樣加強(qiáng)電力服務(wù)的管理,進(jìn)提升服務(wù)的質(zhì)量,是電網(wǎng)企業(yè)需要解決的重要課題。下面筆者就目前電力客戶服務(wù)中存在的問題提出
下列幾點(diǎn)建議:(1)員工的競爭、提高客戶服務(wù)及市場意識(shí),F(xiàn)階段,隨著電力的市場體制不斷深入收革,供電企業(yè)在市場的壟斷地位即將被打破,此同時(shí),發(fā)電企業(yè)直供、其他替代能源和客戶等競爭方面的因素,致使供電企業(yè)的工作作風(fēng)發(fā)生改變。(2)服務(wù)體制改革要持續(xù)推進(jìn)。目前供電企業(yè)呈條塊分割狀態(tài),必需打破這樣的狀態(tài)形式,在運(yùn)用模式上實(shí)行大模式,完善部門責(zé)任儀利,協(xié)同各職能部門努力打造優(yōu)質(zhì)的客戶服務(wù)。(3)改進(jìn)服務(wù)技術(shù)。供電企業(yè)的服務(wù)技術(shù)的支持系統(tǒng)需要持續(xù)推進(jìn)改善,為提供優(yōu)質(zhì)客戶服務(wù)奠定硬件及技術(shù)上的基礎(chǔ);與此同時(shí),為滿足客戶對(duì)于個(gè)性化服務(wù)日益增長的需求,提供差異化的服務(wù)方式。(4)培訓(xùn)機(jī)制及隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)。建設(shè)高素質(zhì)團(tuán)隊(duì)是一個(gè)長期的過程,因此,供電企業(yè)應(yīng)該制定長期的培養(yǎng)人才的規(guī)劃,加強(qiáng)實(shí)戰(zhàn)訓(xùn)練和日常培訓(xùn)。
四、總結(jié)
綜上所述,隨著電力的市場體制不斷深入改革,以及建設(shè)和諧社會(huì)的不斷推進(jìn),電力行業(yè)的服務(wù)逐漸成為其經(jīng)濟(jì)上新的增長點(diǎn),為了使企業(yè)在電力市場的競爭中占據(jù)一定的優(yōu)勢(shì)地位,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)可持續(xù)的健康的發(fā)展,對(duì)于客戶服務(wù)的探索研究則必不可缺
散文電力篇三:有關(guān)變電站文章
一、工作情況
懷著對(duì)人生的無限憧憬,我走入了35kvxx變電站。我站經(jīng)過改造后擁有2臺(tái)主變,擔(dān)負(fù)著兩個(gè)半鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的供電任務(wù)。許多人認(rèn)為,變電站運(yùn)行值班工作只是簡單的抄抄表、巡視設(shè)備、辦理工作票、進(jìn)行倒閘操作;但是只有做過的人才知道:作為有高度責(zé)任心的值班員來說,要保證一個(gè)變電站的安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,僅僅完成以上工作是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的;要保證電網(wǎng)安全運(yùn)行,最重要的就是善于對(duì)設(shè)備的缺陷進(jìn)行分析處理,以便能使缺陷和隱患得到及時(shí)的控制或消除。6月的暴雨給我站高壓室周圍帶來了豐富的雨水,為防止雨水侵入室內(nèi)給配電裝置而造成不應(yīng)有的事故,我班在站長的帶領(lǐng)下冒雨檢查、及時(shí)疏通被堵塞的排水系統(tǒng),加裝擋水板以防止雨水侵入;緊接著在室內(nèi)墻壁加抹防水沙漿,最后加強(qiáng)巡視。通過有力措施,我站平安的度過了雷雨泛濫的6月。
在見習(xí)期的工作中,一方面我嚴(yán)格遵守公司的各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度,不遲到、不早退、嚴(yán)于律己,自覺的遵守各項(xiàng)工作制度;另一方面,吃苦耐勞、積極主動(dòng)、努力工作;在完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦工作的同時(shí),積極主動(dòng)的協(xié)助其他同事開展工作,并在工作過程中虛心學(xué)習(xí)以提高自身各方面的能力;除此之外,我還是一名光榮的通訊員,除了負(fù)責(zé)每月的通訊報(bào)道之外,我還負(fù)責(zé)本站的技術(shù)培訓(xùn),在工作上盡心盡力的協(xié)助站長工作,以此來豐富自己的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),通過每月培訓(xùn),在一定程度上提高了我站員工的凝聚力。工作細(xì)節(jié)中,我看到公司正逐步做大
做強(qiáng),以目前的趨勢(shì),我可以預(yù)見公司將有一個(gè)輝煌的明天。作為新人,目前我所能做的就是努力工作,讓自己在平凡的崗位上揮灑自己的汗水,煥發(fā)自己的青春與熱情;使自己在基層得到更多的鍛煉。
二、學(xué)習(xí)情況
現(xiàn)在是我努力學(xué)習(xí)的階段!叭诵,必有我?guī)煛保局械拿恳晃煌露际俏业睦蠋,他們的豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)和工作行為對(duì)于我來說就是一筆寶貴的財(cái)富。記得我剛到變電站的時(shí)候,對(duì)站內(nèi)的一切都感到新奇。因?yàn)槲覍W(xué)的不是變電運(yùn)行專業(yè),所以對(duì)設(shè)備運(yùn)行管理知識(shí)知道的也有限,但是在站長、值長的盡心教導(dǎo)下,我受益頗多。帶著飽滿的工作熱情,我逐漸熟悉了設(shè)備的操作。盡管我只是入門,但是我和其他年輕人一樣對(duì)工作充滿著熱情。為盡快提高自己在本職方面的知識(shí)和能力,充分發(fā)揮自己的主觀能動(dòng)性,我利用業(yè)余時(shí)間找來了相關(guān)的資料進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí),在短短一年中理論結(jié)合實(shí)踐讓我對(duì)變電站的基本設(shè)備有了真正的認(rèn)識(shí),這為今后的工作打下了基礎(chǔ)。
作為見習(xí)生,我經(jīng)常思考的問題就是如何配合站長搞好管理工作,特別是在“創(chuàng)一流”期間,為此我經(jīng)常向新老站長請(qǐng)教。
在變電站呆了一年,我接觸了很多同事,就在接觸他(她)們的同時(shí),我才知道什么叫“人事”。無論是社會(huì)還是單位“為人處事”都是一門高深的學(xué)問。對(duì)于這門高深的學(xué)問,我這個(gè)門外漢只能說:“誠實(shí)做人、努力工作!”
一路走來,我前后參與了35kv變電站的檢修及缺陷處理等工作。在跟隨負(fù)責(zé)人學(xué)習(xí)的過程中,深感自己技術(shù)的不足,同時(shí)也體會(huì)到了基層工作的艱辛!為了更好的適應(yīng)本職工作,我已經(jīng)前往江西電力職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院函授電力系統(tǒng)及其自動(dòng)化專業(yè)。
三、總結(jié)
作為一名年輕工作者,我今后的職業(yè)生涯還很長,學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì)還很多。而作為一名團(tuán)員,入黨是我一直以來的夢(mèng)想。為此我將盡我所能地對(duì)我的工作進(jìn)行開拓,做出成績。為早日實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo),我要求自己:努力工作,保持優(yōu)點(diǎn),改正缺點(diǎn),充分體現(xiàn)自己的人生價(jià)值,為企業(yè)美好的明天盡一份力。我更希望通過公司全體員工的努力可以把公司推向一個(gè)又一個(gè)的顛峰。
變電站實(shí)習(xí)總結(jié)
作為一名剛從學(xué)生轉(zhuǎn)變到正式新員工的角色,在結(jié)束了十天人文愉悅的公司文化學(xué)習(xí)之后,隨之而來的是三個(gè)月的輪崗實(shí)習(xí)。我很慶幸我的第一個(gè)實(shí)習(xí)驛站就是變管所,下面就我在變管所麾下的幾個(gè)變電站的經(jīng)歷和心得與大家分享,并以此為己勉勵(lì)。
此站實(shí)習(xí)自8月20日開始,將持續(xù)20天。當(dāng)天上午我們?cè)谧児芩饕?fù)責(zé)人的監(jiān)督下通過了安規(guī)開始,下午到天井山110kV變電站去熱身。次日我們前往正在籌建即將投入運(yùn)行的220kV洱源集控站,不過先是到了鄧川110kV變電站,在此十天期間,我們將會(huì)對(duì)整個(gè)變
電運(yùn)行的種種做最初步、最感性的認(rèn)識(shí)和了解。之后的十天到下關(guān)220kV變和大理500kV變各五天,這期間就是鞏固和提高自己對(duì)變電運(yùn)行的認(rèn)識(shí)。這是我人生中彌足珍貴的經(jīng)歷。
盡管變電站電壓等級(jí)不一樣,但還是有很多相似的,如下大概介紹我的認(rèn)識(shí)情況。首先,認(rèn)識(shí)和學(xué)習(xí)一次設(shè)備(主變壓器、短路器、隔離開關(guān)、電流互感器、電壓互感器、耦合電容器、避雷器、電力電纜、母線、所用變、電抗器、電容器)的基本原理、主要結(jié)構(gòu)和在電網(wǎng)中的作用,型號(hào)及技術(shù)參數(shù)。通過對(duì)以上內(nèi)容的學(xué)習(xí),我了解了電能生產(chǎn)的全過程及變電站電氣設(shè)備的構(gòu)成、型號(hào)、參數(shù)、結(jié)構(gòu)、布置方式,對(duì)變電站生產(chǎn)過程有了一個(gè)完整的概念。熟悉變電站主接線連接方式、運(yùn)行特點(diǎn)、初步了解電氣二次部分、繼電保護(hù)及自動(dòng)裝置,鞏固和加強(qiáng)了所學(xué)的專業(yè)知識(shí),為今后的工作崗位打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。 其次,學(xué)習(xí)變電站值班員崗位職責(zé)、安全職責(zé)、值班制度和交接班制度,培養(yǎng)正確的勞動(dòng)觀、人生觀、價(jià)值觀,為以后確保所從事工作崗位的安全生產(chǎn)奠定思想和理論基礎(chǔ)。同時(shí)我更希望由一個(gè)不諳世事的學(xué)生在輪崗實(shí)習(xí)之后能夠回到變電站,并逐漸成長為一名變電運(yùn)行人員。
回顧過去短短二十天,我感觸頗深。畢竟,這是我邁出校門,步入社會(huì)的具有實(shí)際意義的第一課。通過和各變電站師傅們的接觸,我不但從他們身上學(xué)到了許多寶貴的運(yùn)行經(jīng)驗(yàn),更從他們身上學(xué)到了許多做人的道理。讓我深刻的體會(huì)到理論和實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的重要性。更加
讓我深刻的認(rèn)識(shí)到變電運(yùn)行這一工作是一項(xiàng)責(zé)任很強(qiáng)的工作,也是技術(shù)性很強(qiáng)的工作,想成為一名新時(shí)期合格的變電運(yùn)行人員我還需要走很長的一段路,在這條路上我將以更高的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求自己、更多的知識(shí)來武裝自己,將安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行落實(shí)到實(shí)處,真正做到設(shè)備的主人。 時(shí)間一晃而過,我們?cè)诤痛罄碜兗夹g(shù)員半小時(shí)輕松愉快的談話間結(jié)束了變電所這一大站的實(shí)習(xí)。此站給我留下了深刻的印象,因?yàn)檫@終究是實(shí)習(xí)的第一站,而且了解了變電站的管理狀況、設(shè)備設(shè)施情況、負(fù)荷構(gòu)成、網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)、文化氛圍。故我也對(duì)變電運(yùn)行產(chǎn)生了感情和濃厚的興趣,雖然現(xiàn)在的我對(duì)于變電運(yùn)行知之甚少,不過知之為知之,不知為不知,是知也。生存源于勞動(dòng)、動(dòng)力源于壓力,所以在以后的工作中我時(shí)時(shí)要保持有緊迫感,不斷通過聞、問和學(xué)習(xí)各種技能知識(shí)來武裝自己的頭腦,使自己成為一個(gè)合格的變電運(yùn)行人員。并真誠希望輪崗實(shí)習(xí)后能夠再回到這么個(gè)崗位上來。
