煙葉生產(chǎn)全程質(zhì)量監(jiān)控信息系統(tǒng)的分析與設(shè)計(jì)

          摘要:為了實(shí)現(xiàn)大田作物生產(chǎn)的全程質(zhì)量管理,必須構(gòu)建作物生產(chǎn)的全程質(zhì)量監(jiān)控信息系統(tǒng)。以烤煙生產(chǎn)為例,通過(guò)對(duì)煙葉全程質(zhì)量監(jiān)控體系運(yùn)作原理和過(guò)程的理解,根據(jù)現(xiàn)代軟件工程思想和面向?qū)ο蠓椒ǎ肬ML工具進(jìn)行分析和建模。采用B/S模式構(gòu)建了煙葉生產(chǎn)全程質(zhì)量監(jiān)控信息系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了指標(biāo)體系、數(shù)據(jù)采集、監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析等模塊的設(shè)計(jì)。較好地解決了監(jiān)控體系動(dòng)態(tài)性、實(shí)效性等需求,在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中取得了較好的效果。

          Abstract: A full information system of quality supervision must be developed to achieve the full process quality management of field crops. Taking the process of tobacco production as an example, based on the modern software engineering, OOP method, UML analysis and modeling, a B/S based tobacco production full process quality supervision and information system of control was developed after fully understanding the theory and process of tobacco full quality supervision and control system including the indicator module, data acquisition module, supervision and control module, statistics and analysis module, et al. The dynamic and timeliness characters were solved very well and good result was achieved during the practice of tobacco production.

          由于種種原因,難以對(duì)大田作物生產(chǎn)的全程質(zhì)量管理進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè)和調(diào)控,并未達(dá)到全程質(zhì)量管理的要求[1,2]。近些年來(lái)引進(jìn)的“良好農(nóng)業(yè)規(guī)范(Good Agricultural Practices,簡(jiǎn)稱GAP)”對(duì)提高農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量安全收到明顯的效果。但是,GAP強(qiáng)調(diào)的是事后的追蹤溯源[3-6],忽略了對(duì)于全程的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)和調(diào)控[7,8]。
          煙葉生產(chǎn)全程質(zhì)量監(jiān)控體系[9],通過(guò)對(duì)生產(chǎn)全程的煙株(煙葉)、技術(shù)、環(huán)境的檢測(cè)檢驗(yàn)和評(píng)價(jià),利用生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)間的相互制約、有機(jī)鏈接,實(shí)施有針對(duì)性的調(diào)控措施,實(shí)現(xiàn)煙葉生產(chǎn)每道工序目標(biāo)的控制,最終達(dá)到確定的煙葉質(zhì)量目標(biāo),滿足卷煙工業(yè)需要。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)生產(chǎn)全程的煙株(煙葉)、技術(shù)、環(huán)境的檢測(cè)檢驗(yàn)和評(píng)價(jià)與調(diào)控,必須利用現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù),才能保證監(jiān)控的時(shí)效性與準(zhǔn)確性。由于現(xiàn)代煙草農(nóng)業(yè)的推進(jìn),信息技術(shù)在煙葉生產(chǎn)上已經(jīng)得到較廣泛的應(yīng)用,但主要是用在煙葉生產(chǎn)綜合管理[10,11]、種植區(qū)劃[12]、技術(shù)咨詢[13]等方面,在煙葉生產(chǎn)全程質(zhì)量監(jiān)控方面的應(yīng)用尚未見(jiàn)報(bào)道。貴州省遵義市煙葉生產(chǎn)全程質(zhì)量監(jiān)控體系研究項(xiàng)目,根據(jù)煙葉生產(chǎn)全程實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè)檢驗(yàn)、評(píng)價(jià)分析與調(diào)控的需要,開(kāi)發(fā)了煙葉生產(chǎn)全程質(zhì)量監(jiān)控信息系統(tǒng)。
          1 需求分析
          1.1 體系結(jié)構(gòu)分析
          煙葉全程質(zhì)量監(jiān)控體系以《遵義優(yōu)質(zhì)烤煙綜合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系》為基礎(chǔ),圍繞生產(chǎn)資源、生產(chǎn)對(duì)象和生產(chǎn)技術(shù)三大監(jiān)控對(duì)象,建立覆蓋烤煙生產(chǎn)全過(guò)程的指標(biāo)體系(包括監(jiān)測(cè)項(xiàng)目和監(jiān)測(cè)指標(biāo))、檢測(cè)體系、評(píng)價(jià)體系和調(diào)控體系,通過(guò)監(jiān)測(cè)、評(píng)價(jià)、調(diào)控等過(guò)程的循環(huán),促進(jìn)煙葉產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量向著預(yù)定目標(biāo)不斷接近。其體系結(jié)構(gòu)如圖1所示。
          1.1.1 指標(biāo)體系 指標(biāo)體系是煙葉生產(chǎn)全程質(zhì)量監(jiān)控體系的核心,根據(jù)煙葉生產(chǎn)不同階段(備耕、育苗、移栽、田管、采烤、分級(jí)等6個(gè)階段)的外部環(huán)境、生產(chǎn)技術(shù)和生產(chǎn)對(duì)象等特點(diǎn),建立了包括34個(gè)監(jiān)控項(xiàng)目共134個(gè)監(jiān)控指標(biāo)的指標(biāo)體系。
          指標(biāo)體系以每一生產(chǎn)年度為周期進(jìn)行建立,一旦建立并確定后,則在生產(chǎn)年度內(nèi)不得改變。下一年度的指標(biāo)體系可以繼承上一年度指標(biāo)體系,也可根據(jù)上一年度的監(jiān)控結(jié)果,按規(guī)定進(jìn)行修訂。
