湖南部分煙區(qū)烤煙成熟期異常褪綠發(fā)白煙葉與正常煙葉主要化學(xué)成分比較

摘 要:為更好地了解研究湖南部分煙區(qū)烤煙成熟期煙葉異常褪綠發(fā)白這一現(xiàn)象,采集了湖南省2個(gè)植煙生態(tài)區(qū)湘南(廣發(fā)、普滿、蘭溪)、湘西(桑植、龍山)烤煙成熟期異常褪綠發(fā)白和正常落黃成熟煙葉樣本,測(cè)定了煙葉主要化學(xué)成分總糖、還原糖、煙堿、總氮、淀粉、氯、鉀含量,并進(jìn)行了比較分析。結(jié)果表明:(1)總糖、還原糖、總氮、氯含量表現(xiàn)為正常葉>發(fā)白葉;(2)淀粉含量表現(xiàn)為發(fā)白葉>正常葉;(3)煙堿含量表現(xiàn)為湘西:發(fā)白葉>正常葉,湘南:正常葉>發(fā)白葉;(4)鉀含量表現(xiàn)為云煙87:發(fā)白葉>正常葉,K326、湘煙3號(hào):正常葉>發(fā)白葉。

Comparison on Main Chemical Components of Abnormal Faded Green Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves and Normal Leaves in Mature Period in Part of Hunan Area

Abstract: In order to get a better understand on the research ,which about the phenomenon of tobacco leafs faded and became white around Hunan province, we collected two types of leaf blade sample which was faded and another is normal, on two tobacco planting region area in southern Hunan(Guangfa, Puman, Lanxi) and western Hunan(Sangzhi, Longshan) ,with the aid of the determination and comparative analysis on main chemical ingredients of tobacco leaf ,such as the total sugar, reducing sugar, nicotine, total nitrogen, starch, chloride, potassium content. The results showed that: (1) the content of the total sugar, reducing sugar, total nitrogen and chlorine in normal leaf surpass white leaf; (2) the starch content in white leaf surpass another; (3) the data of nicotine content present difference at two area, nicotine content of white leaf surpass normal leaf in southern Hunan but completely opposite in western Hunan; (4) potassium content for performance of yunyan 87 was: white leaf > normal leaf, K326, Xiangyan 3 was: normal leaf > white leaf.

近年來,湖南多地?zé)焻^(qū)在烤煙成熟中后期中上部煙葉異常褪綠發(fā)白現(xiàn)象普遍存在,甚至有的煙株上部葉4~6片整片發(fā)白,導(dǎo)致葉尖壞死,采收成熟度不夠,造成化學(xué)成分不協(xié)調(diào)?緹煹闹饕瘜W(xué)成分含量決定著煙葉品質(zhì)和卷煙風(fēng)格特征,直接影響煙葉的工業(yè)可用性和卷煙產(chǎn)品的安全性,因而越來越受到人們的重視[1-3]。湖南省是中國(guó)重要的優(yōu)質(zhì)烤煙產(chǎn)區(qū)之一[4],其烤煙栽培主要分布在湘南、湘中和湘西3個(gè)生態(tài)區(qū)域,而湘南煙區(qū)和湘西煙區(qū)是湖南主要植煙地。其中,湘南煙區(qū)在整個(gè)中南煙區(qū)中具有典型代表,主要采用煙-稻復(fù)種連作;湘西煙區(qū)則處于湘、黔、渝接壤處,以旱地種植為主。有關(guān)湖南省及部分煙區(qū)烤煙化學(xué)成分的研究雖然較多[3,5-12],但關(guān)于湘南、湘西部分植煙地烤煙成熟期煙葉異常褪綠發(fā)白的研究鮮有報(bào)道。鑒此,對(duì)湘南、湘西煙區(qū)烤煙成熟期異常褪綠發(fā)白煙葉與正常煙葉主要化學(xué)成分進(jìn)行比較分析,有利于對(duì)部分煙區(qū)烤煙成熟期煙葉異常褪綠發(fā)白的研究,為進(jìn)一步深入研究這一想象提供基礎(chǔ)依據(jù)。
