糧農(nóng)組織食品價(jià)格指數(shù)出現(xiàn)近七年來(lái)最大降幅

　　2015年9月10日 糧農(nóng)組織9月10日在羅馬發(fā)表媒體通報(bào)表示，該機(jī)構(gòu)8月的食品價(jià)格指數(shù)出現(xiàn)大幅下滑，是該指數(shù)七年來(lái)的最大單月跌幅，同時(shí)，全球谷物產(chǎn)量前景看好，產(chǎn)量預(yù)測(cè)出現(xiàn)上調(diào)。
　　糧農(nóng)組織在10日的通報(bào)中表示，該機(jī)構(gòu)在8月份的食品價(jià)格指數(shù)較7月下滑5.2%，為2008年12月以來(lái)的最大單月降幅。幾乎所有主要商品價(jià)格均出現(xiàn)驟降。造成這種現(xiàn)象的主要原因是全球食品供應(yīng)充足，能源價(jià)格下跌和對(duì)中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)放緩的擔(dān)憂(yōu)。
　　通報(bào)指出，糧農(nóng)組織全球食品價(jià)格指數(shù)是國(guó)際市場(chǎng)五大食品類(lèi)商品價(jià)格的貿(mào)易加權(quán)指數(shù)，包括谷物、肉類(lèi)、奶制品、植物油和食糖。今年8月份，谷物價(jià)格指數(shù)比7月份和去年的水平分別下挫7%和15.1%；植物油價(jià)格指數(shù)8月份比7月下跌8.6%，為2009以來(lái)的最低水平；奶制品價(jià)格指數(shù)下調(diào)9.1%；食糖價(jià)格指數(shù)與7月相比下調(diào)10%；只有肉類(lèi)價(jià)格與7月基本持平，但與2014年8月份肉類(lèi)價(jià)格指數(shù)的歷史最高水平相比，其整體價(jià)格下調(diào)18%。
　　與此同時(shí)，糧農(nóng)組織對(duì)2016年世界谷物庫(kù)存量的預(yù)測(cè)比7月份上調(diào)近1，200萬(wàn)噸，達(dá)到6.43億噸。
　　10 September 2015 The United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization （FAO） released a statement and said that the price of major food commodities experienced big slump which was the largest decline in the past seven years. Meanwhile， global crop production was promising and yield prediction was increasing.
　　FAO claimed that the FAO Food Price Index in August declined 5.2% from July， the sharpest fall since December 2008. Nearly prices of all major commodities had this sudden plummet， due to an abundant supplies， a decline in energy prices and concerns over the economic slowdown in China
　　The statement mentioned that the FAO Food Price Index was the trade weighted index of international market prices for five major food commodity groups-cereals， meat， dairy products， vegetable oils and sugar. This August， the cereal price index continued to fall， down 7% from July and 15.1% from last year. The vegetable oil price index fell 8.6% from July and hit the lowest point since 2009. Dairy and sugar prices also dropped on the index， by 9.1% and 10% respectively. Only meat index price remained largely unchanged in August， although compared to its peak a year ago， overall prices were down by 18%.
　　At the same time， FAO’s forecast of global grain storage for 2016 is 643 million tons which is upwards by 12 million than the expected in July.
