丁基苯酞軟膠囊治療缺血性腦血管疾病的療效分析

　　摘   要：目的  對我院缺血性腦血管疾病患者應(yīng)用丁基苯酞軟膠囊進(jìn)行治療，了解該藥應(yīng)用過程中的具體療效。方法  2016年2月～2017年2月我院共收治缺血性腦血管疾病患者60例，隨機(jī)將患者分為觀察組與對照組，每組30例。對照組按照常規(guī)的治療方式應(yīng)用長春西汀注射液治療，觀察組患者在對照組患者治療的基礎(chǔ)上增加應(yīng)用丁基苯酞軟膠囊治療，比較兩組患者臨床療效。結(jié)果  治療一個療程結(jié)束后，觀察組有效率76.67%高于對照組50.00%，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;治療結(jié)束后，觀察組平均NIHSS評分（6.52±1.03）分，對照組平均NIHSS評分（7.97±1.43）分，觀察組患者NIHSS評分較低，兩組患者結(jié)果存在差異，有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論  在臨床治療缺血性腦血管疾病時(shí)，與傳統(tǒng)的治療藥物相比較，應(yīng)用丁基苯酞軟膠囊具有顯著的療效且具有一定的安全性，能夠保護(hù)腦神經(jīng)，減輕因血小板集中而造成的缺血性腦血管疾病癥狀。另外，該藥物應(yīng)用后用藥患者均未發(fā)生不良反應(yīng)，值得在臨床治療中推廣應(yīng)用。

　　Analysis of Curative Effect of Butylphthalide Soft Capsule on Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease

　　Abstract：Objective  To study the curative effect of butylphthalide soft capsule on patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease in our hospital.Methods  From February 2016 to February 2017，60 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular diseases in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with vinpocetine injection according to the routine treatment method.The patients in the observation group were treated with butylphthalide soft capsule on the basis of the control group.Clinical efficacy between the two groups were compared.Results  After one course of treatment，the effective rate of the observation group was 76.67% higher than that of the control group 50.00%，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05），after treatment，the average NIHSS score of the observation group（6.52±1.03），the average NIHSS score of the control group（7.97±1.43），the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower，and the two groups of patients had differences，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion  The application of butylphthalide soft capsule in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases is more effective and safe than that of the traditional medicine，and it can protect the brain nerve.The symptoms of ischemic cerebrovascular disease caused by platelet concentration were alleviated.In addition，there were no adverse reactions in the patients treated with this drug，which is worth popularizing in clinical treatment.
